This Starbucks is excellent and I’ve been to probably every Starbucks in South Florida everyone is so happy and pleasant when I drive through the drive-through my orders are always 100% accurate and always made consistently so there’s no surprises I don’t have to go back and have them fix my drink and the food is always fresh and good I will be back like every day for my coffee

Carlotta was unbelievably rude to myself as a customer as well as the girl she was working with. I'll stick to my afternoon visits that are always much more pleasant.
Regardless of the quality of the coffee, I only like very bitter coffee without any sugar or dairy products. For example, Espresso or Americano , so that I have a clear head one day.

I went today February 7 at 1 pm and the rudest lady was working the lady in front of me was even telling me that she was rude to her every-time she went. She is giving this Starbucks a very bad rep.
