Wow worst experience ever!! Ordered three drinks that were ALL wrong! They remade one of them!! I told the girl they were all wrong and she replied by saying they were someone else drinks and to enjoy the free drink I got???!! Seriously!! All three came with multiple shot and none of them had extra shots!!! And I’m paying a dollar a piece!! Complete waste!!

Lili made me the best drink I have ever had I drink Starbucks almost everyday multiple times a day and never had a better experience then I did tonight. Pay raise all the way around!!
Most Starbucks are nice with fast, friendly service and this one is no different. The car line can be backed-up in the AM but they keep it moving. The parking spaces are tight, do wish there was more room to get in and out - only complaint.
Warm, clean, cozy environment. The employees know many customers by name and are very friendly, especially Peggy. One of the better locations I’ve been to in the area!
Worst Starbucks experience. The manager was very rude to me, impatient when I order the drink and unhappy with me when I use the rewards for the drink. The staff was very slow and unprofessional, one of the staff made very loud noise to spill the trash can and another one said they don’t have the longer straw for the large cup. I will never come back to this place until they change the manager.
This Starbucks is always a delight to go to, everyone is so amazing, kind, and courteous. I want to especially thank Goran for always being a positive, kind source of light every time I come. He remembers faces and always has a nugget of positive words to impart on guests. He’s awesome and deserves a raise!
Absolutely incredible experience! Our drinks were fantastic and the sandwich we got was SO delicious! Emily was fantastic in the window, and I didn't get the name of the person who took our order but they were so sweet and kind, and we will absolutely be coming here more often!! Y'all are wonderful and thank you for making our day a little brighter!
Presented my gift card for payment this morning, but the window person could not process the card and told me that I would have to submit another card, but I had used this American Express gift card a couple of times previously, and asked if he could get help with it. He said no, in a disdainful way, which I didn’t appreciateI paid in cash.
This may be the best Starbucks in NC. I come here maybe twice a day and they’re always fast, and accurate wit everything!
