Love this location!! I’m not one to write reviews and I hesitated to write this one because I don’t want it to become too crowded like the other ones in the triangle!! Haha. The customer service here has been excellent… the staff are always so nice in the mornings (I’ve spoken with 3-4 different people) and each are super nice. My order is also always spot on and I never have to wait long. The service here keeps me coming back!! :) Thank you all for starting my day on such a positive note the mornings I come by!!

Consistently awesome service here, the team is super sweet and helpful. I like to order egg bites and a chai tea in the mornings and one of the staff members suggested avocado spread with it and mmm! Delicious!
Everytime I come here, and basically all locations, it's top tier customer service. The employees brighten my day. Very grateful for the kindness. All of these workers will certainly go far in life based on how kind they are to customers. Also coffee is great as always. A+
Today we were at the place and John attended us, we have been on a trip for 14 days that began in California and ends here in North Carolina, we are from Puerto Rico and we have to say that the service, personality of this young man "John" was excellent, we rate them as a 10 and we are in 13 different states in our stay. I wish I knew her name. Yesterday, I pulled up at the drive-thru to order my usual cracker and cheese fruit box, but they were out. I told the barista on the intercom that I had wanted the box because it came with fruit plus a croissant, so she recommended the box that had boiled egg, multigrain bread, and fruit. She said it was something that she ate and liked it. Although skeptical, I ordered it without croissant. When I got to the window, she was very friendly and she provided me with the box plus she gave me a croissant because she was worried that I might not like her recommendation. I never had that happen before and not only was I surprised but I was really happy because she didn’t have to do that. Long story short, I liked the box and I will be ordering it again! The customer service felt more natural and better than chik fil a’s robotic “my pleasure”. Wonderful experience! Thank you so much!!!

Best Starbucks I have been to so far. This store opened just a few months back, maybe that's why it has its "brand new" feel. I hope they maintain the store clean and retain the new feel.
The experience at this Starbucks is always first class. The baristas are attentive, personable, & diligent each & every time. Kenya, Aaron, Emily, Ben, & everyone there are the prime reason that this has become my favorite Sbux in the Durham-Raleigh area.
