Had to change my rating. I at-least visit 2 to 3 times a week here. some of the staff doesn't care to wish the customers and are very unprofessional. Posting it here so that management can address this.
Front old lady needs to have a better attitude. She won’t even greet customers

Went to Smoothie King in Morrisville yesterday about 11:00 am, I really wanted a smoothie. I went in the store happy said good morning no response, something was baking and it smelled yummy I said that it smelled delicious and asked what it was still no response. I stood there waiting for them to take my order (store was empty) and not one of the two ladies made any attempt to take my order. I told them I was leaving because they were rude. Their reaction ✌️. I will never step foot in there again. Wish I had gotten their names!!!!
I've been going here for years, love Smoothie King. However, the flavor is inconsistent. I typically get the same smoothie with the same enhancements every time. Every now and then it would taste near flavorless and it was lighter in color. The first time, I figured it was a fluke. The second time I went back and had it remade. Then I noticed that every time it tasted near flavorless the male owner had made it. One time I said something to him and he said he just follows the recipe. Unfortunately, this had lead me to not go as much since I have no idea his work schedule. Tried it again this week... same result, same person working. :(
I have been a loyal customer, and enjoy the smoothies. The smoothies are consistent, and I like the rewards program. One day I wanted to know what the sugar amount was in one of the blends. I called and the man I spoke with was very unfriendly, and told me that he didn’t want to help me since he was busy with other people and hung up. He wouldn’t help when I called back later. I am disappointed in this lack of customer service.Update: Owner made a personal email to me to follow up about the situation. Always recommend a business like this who apologizes for actions. Thank you Smoothie King.
You'll be charged 25% for ordering a smoothie online. They won't tell you that, They'll just try to take your money without you noticing. You also can't order over the phone as an alternative. This is a disgusting abuse of customers.
I made an online order yesterday and when the smoothie I had ordered was not what I expected, I was treated very poorly by the staff. The smoothie I ordered was advertised as a strawberry flavored smoothie, and is pictured as pink on the website. I have gotten it in the past and it has always been pink. This time it was white and did not have any strawberry flavor, and actually tasted like vanilla. I wasn’t aware that I would need to add extra ingredients to give it more flav
