Sandwiches were OK although the brisket tasted warmed up and not very smokey. Pork was decent, chicken was very good. Bread seemed very greasy. Potato salad and baked beans were good. Side salad was revolting. Lettuce was turning brown and the whole salad smelled nasty and went in the trash. Disappointing! Never had issues with the Raleigh location.

Food was excellent as was the service. Ordered the delta two combo (brisket and sausage), along with banana pudding and baked beans. Everything was really good, though wish they had a better selection of sauces at the tables. Staff was very friendly, checking on the tables. Definitely will be back.

The food and service were amazing! We really enjoyed the experience. The ribs were tender on the inside and barbecue crusty on the outside. Everything was well seasoned. Green beans were tasty and not overcooked. The Cole slaw could use a little zip. The lemonade had real lemons in it and was very refreshing. Check it out!

The new location in Morrisville is amazing. The place is incredibly clean and spacious with its high ceilings and outdoor patio. The staff was friendly and helpful. They really cared about our experience which is exactly what we look for especially with two young kids. The food was even better. I ordered two meats (ribs, brisket) and two sides (corn, potato salad). The ribs had a fantastic dry rub and I dipped it in Carolina barbecue sauce. It was one of the best ribs I’ve had. The brisket was juicy and tender Dipped in their mild barbecue sauce. My kids ordered the pulled pork sandwich and two sides plus the fresh baked cookie and chocolate chess pie. They devoured the food. The location, staff, and delicious food made our experience amazing and we will be coming back again and again.

Food: The menu is extensive, ranging from NC pulled pork to Texas Brisket. The burnt ends and the dry rub ribs are particularly delicious.People: The secret sauce is in the excellent, qualitative, and efficient customer service. The food was spectacular and the people were just as wonderful.Place: The best analogy to describe the unforgettable experience - it is like the Chipotle of BBQ - clean, chic, but yet cozy and comfortable. The patio is impressive and perfect for its live music experience. Conclusion: Some of the best food I have had in a very long time! I drove 38 minutes to try it out and it was well worth the drive and I look forward to many more visits.

This Morrisville location is bound to become a local favorite. I love the new "order at the counter" style of serving. The burnt ends/brisket is AMAZING with so much flavor and cooked perfectly. The mac/cheese, baked beans, french fries and potato salad were delicious sides to accompany! Top it off with banana pudding or chess pie, both are to "die for"! I will be back and will be bringing friends and family! Can't wait for live music and sitting outside! Congratulations on the new store!

My experience with Red Hot & Blue goes back to 1996. This newest location in Morrisville met my expectations. The food is great and there is a good selection. I ordered the Tennessee Triple. The staff were friendly and helpful. I look forward to going back, and I recommend it to anyone who likes good barbecue.

Great smoky flavor on the turkey. The sauces made it even better. Tried some burnt ends and they were great. Fries were delicious with a good seasoning. The chess pie was a perfect ending.

I got the regular size triple and it was plenty of food. I chose the brisket, turkey and jalapeño cheddar sausage with Mac and Cheese and cole slaw. The flavor of the smoked turkey was amazing. It was nice and juicy with plenty of smokey flavors. The jalapeño cheddar sausage was really good with the right amount of jalapeño flavors. I got the smokey hot sauce. Usually when I get hot sauce, it is not very spicy. The sauce here was excellent. Having the Mac and cheese was perfect because it helped keep the heat down when I had the sauce. I do think the Cole slaw could use a bit more of a vinegary flavor, but it was also very good.

Red Hot & Blue didn’t disappoint us today. We really enjoyed the dining atmosphere, staff, and food! The ribs, burnt ends, brisket, and hushpuppies were phenomenal! Plenty of sauce options for every tastebud. We can’t wait to go back to sit on the patio while listening to live music!! My only regret was not taking any pictures of the delicious meal to post.
