Today at 11:56am, I placed an order at this location at my 3 year old daughter’s request. When I placed the order, I received confirmation and a time that my order should arrive by. My order was due to arrive by 12:40pm according to the confirmation. I elected to receive text notifications for tracking of my order right after. I received a text at 12:28pm that my order was on it’s way. I did not receive any further communication about my order after that message. I checked my phone and waited by the window every 10-15mins and still nothing saying my order had arrived or a knock on my door and not even a ring of my doorbell. It was now 1:40pm and I still had not received my order. My daughter kept asking me where her pizza was. At 2:44pm, I began to call the store to see where my order was. There was no answer. I was on hold for more than 15 mins. When I got no answer after calling, I went online to find some reviews of this particular location that stated similar situations happening to several other customers with delivery orders. The reviews stated that after long wait times they checked outside to find their orders just sitting there on the ground. Nobody knocked at their doors or rang their doorbells. After reading these reviews, it prompted me to check my front door and what do you know, my order was just sitting at my front door with no type of notice from anyone that it had been placed there. I found my order a little after 3pm on my doorstep and it was cold. I really would like something done about this as this is unacceptable and shows that the workers representing this location have no remorse or consequences for how they are repeatedly treating their customers. If nothing is done about this, Pizza Hut will not be receiving my business at any location ever again.
Food was very cold and hard I order Tuscany chicken alfredo pasta and boneless hot wings and a diet pepsi food arrived cold and hard and did not get my pepsi paid for plu gave a18 % tip for driver try calling 5 times about my pepsi and hang up on me i would not recommend delivery
This store deserve "-1" rating. In the past also I had not too good experience but as it is near to my house so I was ordering here but today it was horrible. I ordered pizza for birthday party through Pizza hut app and selected 11AM delivery time. Till 11:30AM status in app was showing pizza is in oven and I was keep trying to call to place but no body was picking the phone. It was for my kid's birthday party and I was feeling bad for the kid because there lunch was getting delayed. At the last I had to ordered pizza from Dominos. These people are unprofessional and bunch of dishonest people. I will never do any business with this center and infact I will not use pizza hut any more. Switching to dominos.
The worst Pizza Hut in the area…this was my first and last time eating at this PLACE..The manager is horrible, no personality and looks like he doesn’t want to be there, and you wonder why your establishment is short staffed…I lost my appetite after waiting 45 minutes for my daughter’s pizza and some nasty undercook wings.How you handling money and making pizza??I waisted money and time at this place..Chucky Cheese pizza is better than this placeIf I could give this place Zero stars…
Will never get delivery from here again. I’ve had a pretty good pick up experience from them before so I definitely didn’t expect to see this after someone harshly banged on the door and left my food on the ground. Tried calling multiple times with no response.
I ordered on line for curb side delivery. I followed the instructions and notified the store upon my arrival. I could view into the store and saw that it was not busy. The register worker was walking around and another worker was also walking around and talking to him. Some time after the expected delivery, I got out of car and went in o collect my pizza. I asked was there an issue about my delivery. The worker did not apologize but simply stated -- "We do not have to do curbside when there are only 2 people working" I saw a 3rd person in the kitchen cooking. There could have been a sign or a notice on the on-line ordering that "due to labor shortage challenges curbside may not be affect in al locations.".
I have ordered from this Puzza Hut location before but always picked the order up. This time I did delivery and was not happy with the service. I received a text that the order was on the way and was actively looking for the driver to deliver the food. After almost 30 minutes I opened my front door to uncover my pizzas were sitting on my front porch. The driver did not call, text, or ring the door bell to notify me that he/she delivered my food. My pizzas were cold due to not knowing they were sitting on the front porch and not to mention it was cold outside. I was very upset and not satisfied with my service. I may not order from Pizza Hut again after this.
They left off too parts of my order that I paid for. The pizza didnt taste good like it usually does.
This is the worst pizza I have ever gotten. Ordered a stiffed crust with pepperoni. No sauce on the pizza and so paper thin it was crunchy. The store won't answer. Called 3 times. Spend 29 dollars on a pizza I tossed. I took pictures. Wings were good tho.
I ordered three large pizzas, a double order of cinnamon sticks, and a double order of bread sticks. I opted for contactless delivery and when the pizzas arrived, two of the pizzas and the bread sticks were great. The pizza on the bottom of the stack of boxes had half of the cheese stick to the top of the box so when it was opened, half the pizza had no cheese or toppings. The cinnamon sticks were under cooked and doughy. Generally, I love Pizza Hut pizza so this was a big disappointment.
