While staying at the Hampton Inn Raleigh-Durham Airport hotel we were looking for a restaurant that can do online delivery of gluten-free foods. While searching the web, we found the Neomonde Mediterranean restaurant that uses Doordash to deliver Lebanese, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern dishes that are gluten-free. There were three of us. We ordered one meal comprising of steak and chicken kabobs and second meal with chicken and lamb kafta kabobs. Each meal was delivered with a choice of two side dishes. We chose the butternut squash and chickpea salad, Mediterranean rice and falafel. A gluten-free member of our party ordered fatoush. Each dish was delivered with a stack of pitas you can use to stuff your food into. The kabobs were very good. We really liked the butternut squash and chickpea salad; and Mediterranean rice. I was not a fan of falafel. They were too dry and crumbly. The gluten-free member of our party really enjoyed fatoush. Doordash offers the choice of delivering food to the front desk of the hotel so they will call you for pickup or they will call you directly so you can pickup your order at their car. We chose to have them call us directly.

We were so excited to try Mediterranean food while in town. The ladies were very helpful but the experience turned when we had to deal with the male teenager cashier. He had an attitude, was not friendly and not helpful. My husband purchased a Perrier but this guy just scowled when asked if there was a bottle opener. I'm waiting for my beverage cup and yet again he scowled when I asked for one. The rice was lukewarm because it was served on the plate prior to the meat being cooked and served. We asked about it and he scowled again. By then, we didn't care that we were not given pits bread. Next time, we will visit the Raleigh in hopes that adults are in charge. BTW, the food was good, just do not assign someone who hates dealing with people as a cashier.

DELICIOUS. And the employees were so nice and helpful

Nice customer service, enjoyed our halal beef/ lamb shawarma & pita bread with babaghanous. Seems like the bread was made at their restaurant. I would definitely recommend this place

Neomonde’s food is unquestionably fantastic, however their longevity has put them in the unfortunate position of being compared to their past selves. I’ve been eating here for around 15 years and, although the quality of the food has always been high, in that time I’ve noticed that their portions of grape leaves and pita have gone down by quite a lot. I think long long ago they gave four grape leaves, then three, now two. Just charge a bit more if you have to because they are so tasty and two is less than pretty much every other place that does grape leaves. Recently we did an online order with three meals to go, all with hummus, and all three had the “add pita” button checked. We got a total of two pieces of pita! That’s less than one per meal (quick maths). Even when ordering in person I can remember numerous times where I’ve had to say that they didn’t give us enough bread for the number of meals on the ticket. On the flip side, I remember long ago getting so much bread that it seemed excessive.Lastly, hopefully this is just an oversight, the “vegan” brownie has milk and eggs in it so really it’s a vegetarian brownie, which I think they all are anyway.

Neomonde is one of my all time favorite restaurants! Service is wonderful and food is absolutely amazing and on point for what you would get overseas! I am sad however that they had to reduce the hours due to staff and covid!

Do yourself a favor and come here often. I cannot resist coming back every time I come to NC. I have not yet tried something here that wasn't incredible.

This restaurant was amazing! Authentic and unique Mediterranean food, served fresh and definitely with the visit. I have been there 3 times now and look forward to the next time. Plenty of indoor seating and a nice outside area as well. Hours have been cut back presently due to hiring constraints but I am looking forward to my next visit when in the area!

They were out of almost half of their already made sides. Got the platters, the lamb kafta (2 pieces) platter was $20 and the portions of both platters were super small. Way over priced, small portions, and the flavor was nothing like the Neomondes that I've been to in Raleigh or Durham. Avoid if possible.

10/5 stars. Best best best
