I nanny over here and stop here frequently both through the drive thru and using the mobile app and I’ve had total 2 good experiences. They constantly mess up your order by forgetting things. They don’t answer the phones. You’re lucky if you’re only missing one thing. There are a couple really nice employees there but the service really reflects management. It’s no surprise it has a 96.0 rating. Then when you get home and call like I said above they don’t answer the phones it will ring and ring and ring. I wouldn’t have a big problem if they would mess up like just a topping on a sandwich or something. It’s very annoying when the mess up is they forget something that you spent money on then you have no way of getting it. Highly frustrating especially when the expectations already weren’t high because it’s literally fast food.
I have been to this location 3 or 4 times in the past 6 month, and the service is the worst, the food is wrong all the time, and most of the employees are rude and don’t care about the service or food put out. 1 1/2 years ago this was one of the best McDonald’s locations with exceptional staff and great fresh food. I don’t know what happened but they really need to fix it bad.
This place.. I try my best to be sympathetic, but this place needs to be shut down. Between the staff audibly being rude to each other and about guests, and the lack of service both at the front desk and at the drive through, this place is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been too. It's truly a shame. Orders are never right, managers seem to not care, and long waits in drive through when there is no one inside being served is absurd.
Multiple times in the last couple of months I have sat in the drive thru (only car there) and after several minutes just had to drive away. WHEN someone actually takes the order and is present, it's usually good service and food, but too often they just don't answer the drive thru. I could understand if it were busy, but it never is. Today we went at our usual time and someone came on and said can you come back a little bit later. It was during their normal operating hours according to what was posted on the door and at the time we normally stop on the way to work. We were going to go inside, but the door was locked. I guess they have extreme staffing shortages or something. It may be time to rethink keeping this location open.
I have a lot of sympathy for fast food and retail workers, having been there myself, but this location is impressively bad. I work odd and late hours, and often times this is the closest or only location available when I'm desperate for a hot meal and too tired to do anything else, so I have dropped by here way more than I usually would after being disappointed before. And not once, *not a single time* did I get my meal on time or correctly, if I got it at all. It's like the top tier of incompetence.
The other wasn't a difficult one, only 4 items and yet, in typical McDonald's form, after having to wait A LONG TIME, We got the order wrong. We checked the bag, and it had 1 sausage mcgriddle and a bacon mcgriddle, so we left. But when I open the one that has the bacon, nope, not bacon. It was sausage as well! Grrrrr.It wasn't busy, it was 2 drinks and 2 mcgriddles. How can they mess that up!?
Service was slow. Took over 20 minutes to get our food after ordering. When our order was ready, a food item and our drinks were missing. Had to wait another 5 to 10 minutes to get the missing items. Food was good for a McDonald's. Despite the delay, the staff were friendly and did their best to rectify the situation.
They always either mess up the orders or over cook them. I cant even bit into the chicken nuggets I got tonight and the fries are ice cold. We waited for 30 minutes to get the food too. This mcdonalds needs to be full re-staffed. We've also issues many times with the staff being rude.
Always something wrong everytime I get food here. Either they take forever to make the food or they give you the wrong food, or they give you the wrong size, etc. Maybe it’s better earlier in the day but during the evening it’s horrible
I had the worst McDonald's experience. It took 40 minutes to the food. I ordered a Double Quarter pounder with cheese and bacon, a quarter pound cheeseburger, and 2 large fries. The fries came out half empty. I told them about it and showed the cashier. She took them back and gave them to the guy in the back. After a minute, she returned the bag to me, and I thanked her. The fries were still the same. I am paying for a large fry and not a small. They should be ashamed of themselves.
