I ordered online and received an email response that my order would be ready for pick up at 12:20pm. I arrived at 12:31pm and my order had not been started. My order was not ready until 12:42pm.
Not rhet busy and still took me 15 minutes to get a cold sub. Slicer looks like it was not wiped down all day, gross looking. Toppings all over the counter.
Always at least 10mins late on the online orders. Try to build that into when I come to get it, but then it will be 15 mins late.How difficult is it to adjust the time order will be available? If just a rare occurrence, then fine. But EVERY darn time???Just needlessly frustrating and makes it less and less likely we will come to this Jersey Mike's, almost at the point we will not come back at all.Example -- today order for 2 sandwiches said ready at 12:06. Got here 12:15 to allow lag time. Now 12:23 and still not ready...
Sandwiches were good. There were two employees working hard and doing a GREAT job taking care of everyone! It was very busy...9 deep including online orders...and they just breezed along. Appreciate the service industry!!!
Won’t go back to this location at Davis Dr. Whoever the female was that was slicing the bread, meat and cheese at 12:30 pm today, does not need to work with the public..very rude and told me I didn’t have to return…thanks for the advice sweetie, I won’t! Hope her day gets better!
Best place to go for a quality sandwich, wrap or grill prepped sandwich. Only topped by the professional service given with smiles through the mask covered faces. We visit again. Highly recommend!
Great shop and convenient location! The manager is great to work with on catering needs. I must say my favorite item is the Chipotle Cheese Steak, it is AMAZING!!!!!

Had a very bad experience last time when I visited but the manager today was really helpful and patiently listened to my bad experience last time and even offered me a free meal .The reason I always come back here is for the food and the lovely gesture from the manager Today made my day . Thank you
Very nice staff but Jersey mikes company need soy do something about not having hair nets I found 3 pieces of hair in my food I will never eat here ever again but the staff is very nice but that was a terrible experience the sandwich was so good until I notice there was hair in it me and my gf both had hair in our dam food like cmon bruh
