This airport is clean, thorough, and calm! It took me about a minute to get through TSA pre✓. Love flying Southwest out of this airport!
The staff working at the airport are not friendly at all! They could at least say hello, when a passenger greets them. They think just because they wear a uniform they own the airport.

I love RDU because of how easy it is to get in and out and the convenience of parking. BUT I need more coffee! There are only a few places to grab a cup of hot joe to go and the lines are far too long. Please bring more coffee options.

Average looking airport cafe semi clean, floors were wet and slippery from spilled drinks. 1/2 full with lots of waitresses on cell phones ignoring customers. Burger was fine but arrived late after 2nd request and with no fries. Eat elsewhere....
Came to get a bagel, it was thrown in the toaster less than half way through roasting something else. When I requested for it to be toasted again, the employee literally threw it back in for less than 5 seconds. Was very rude and not professional.
ACC at the airport provided a convenient and clean restaurant while waiting for a flight. Friendly, quick service was a highlight.
Very slow service. Seemed understaffed. Very limited menu. Full bar. Crispy Brussel Sprouts good as were the fries. Chicken bites just ok.
