I think a dead fish would have been a better server. She acted like she didn't want to wait on me. I know that I am not the best looking person there but come on when you act like you don't want to wait on a particular person get someone else to I gave here a tip but she acted like it wasn't enough. I felt that almost 8$ for a 31 $ meal was generous I didn't even get a thank you. You guys might want to give your employees a lesson in people. I am telling you a dead fish could have done better
Got this order and then called about it and told me to come back up there for them to remake it 30mins prior to them closing. I shouldn’t have to drive back up to an establishment to get my food remade because they made an error.Worse customer service ever.
Service was subpar. Food was okay. Seems like the servers had their regulars or favorites and made sure they knew. "It seemed like." I have been in this franchise before here and at other locations over the years. I have seen better service spread to all that walked in the doors. Not selected few. I literally had to check myself out and get up to go get a refill. On a day when I saw more servers standing around that customers sitting.It's NOT a good experience for a 430pm Friday visit.
As Hooters is my favourite chain restaurant and the ONLY place I eat buffalo wings I must say that this meal was the BEST eating experience at a Hooters in over a year! The service was spot on and the food was fresh, hot, and perfectly sauces/seasoned!
I always love going to Hooters, this place was a lot smaller Hooters restaurant than I've ever seen before. It wasn't very crowded but probably because of I was there on a Sunday night and they were about to close. The waitress was nice but nothing extra or special. The wings are ordered seem like they didn't have any sauce on them. The food was good but I had better at other Hooters before. Overall I would recommend this spot especially if you are flying out of RDU and staying at one of the hotels close by.
Went last night and wasn’t pleased at all with the nachos. Not sure if it’s just this location but they looked like just some chips with cheese sauce and a few scampered toppings. As if this wasn’t bad enough the little bit of chicken that was on there tough and chewy. This used to be my favorite item! Bartender was a great worker.
I had a taste for wings, and Hooters generally don't disappoint. With the rising prices of wings, Hooter's prices are still reasonable. The service was good. Unfortunately this time the wings were very salty. It was probably the dry rub. I will still return when in the area.
