I’ve ordered from this restaurant about 3 times and each time they have exceeded my expectations! The food is excellent and the friendliness and customer service is top notch. The 2nd time I ordered take out from them (over a month ago), I asked for a little sweet/sour sauce for my spring roll. We’ll I ordered take out again last week and there was a spring roll and a little sweet/sour sauce on the side. I couldn’t believe they remembered this small detail from a month prior! I’m devoted to them now!Other notes: my kids couldn’t stop eating the Pad Thai, it was delicious! My favorite is the red curry so full of veggies and protein and the sauce is perfection.
This was my second trip to Flavors. On my first, about 6 weeks ago I ordered the drunken noodles lunch special. In my opinion, it contained too much fish sauce and that ruined the dish for me. Today, I ordered the mongolian beef and was really disappointed when it came out with the beef room temp and the vegetables actually cool (not even room temp). On the upside, the service is good and the employees are friendly and kind. I just wish I had had better experiences with the food.
Really enjoyed the sesame chicken; it was very fresh and good flavor! Our food came out fast and our waiter was attentive and very kind with great manners. Will be back to try some of the other favorites recommended to me by a friend who frequents here.
I ordered General Tao's chicken and fried rice. The dish was listed as spicy and i had asked it to be made extra spicy but the only thing the dish tasted off was sugar and salt. Frozen orange chicken from Trader Joe's has a lot more flavor than this. Even the fried rice only tasted of salt. It was an utter disaster even by very low standards of Chinese food in the area. I will sticking to Pengs in future.
Very flavorful indeed! I ordered the drunken noodles with tofu. I have not had drunken noodles prepared this way before, but it is a fresh take on the dish! Instead of wide, flat noodles they used thin, almost fettuccini style noodles.Plenty of other ingredients mixed in like scrambled egg, tomato (and I think basil?). Not spicy like I’m used to.Menu indicates they use a fish sauce, but other than a slight fish odor, I didn’t taste any off-putting or unpleasant. Well done. Will definitely be returning!
I haven't had Chinese food this good in years. Last month we dined-in & our server was super friendly. I had Kung Pao chicken & my husband had Sesame chicken, and we shared pan seared dumplings. Delicious!!! We've been back twice for takeout since then. Staff up front is also very polite & friendly. 5 STARS!!
Food was good. They are combo of Chinese and Thai… I tried couple of menu items which are good..red curry, noodles and pineapple fried rice..they can do better in pineapple fried rice which is full of yellowish turmeric..prices are decent.. ambiance they can improve.. service is good
Flavors is our go to Asian food restaurant. No matter what we order, it's yummy. Most of the time we order through door dash. The Flavors team prepares the food quickly and it's like it just came out of the kitchen piping hot when it arrives. We ordered last night...Drunken Noodles, Fried Rice, Orange Chicken, and our daughter's favorite Dumplings..so good! Happy Anniversary Flavors! ?
Wow, we love this Authentic Chinese restaurant!!! We love the Haninese chicken, out of this world, chicken so tender, and the sauces is superb. Baby bokchoy was crisp and tender, sesame chicken got the perfect sweet&sour combination!!!Customer service is Excellent and atmosphere was great!!!Will be back soon.
This is absolutely THE BEST Chinese and Thai restaurant! Their food is truly packed with Flavor! We especially love the Singapore Noodles and Hot & Sour Soup. The service is fantastic as well. If we lived closer, we would go more than once a week.
