06/04/2022I had an iced vanilla latte without sugar, a tomato pesto grilled cheese, and hash browns. The drink was custom made, and because of a mistake at the register, they didn't charge for the hash browns. The hash browns took a while, though. Worst customer service ever experienced, no exaggeration. Had 4 different employees walk by me waiting at the counter multiple times - 5 minutes before being addressed. I was the only person inside. Finally someone asked if I had ordered and I said no. He took my order, then proceeded to help with drive through orders. I waited another 4 minutes before he filled my order. Overall a 10 minute experience for no good reason.What was my order you may wonder? A medium black cold brew and a dozen donuts. When I worked at Dunkin we had a target of moving people through in 2 minutes. My order was a 2 minute order.Terrible franchise location.
Yeahhhhhh just don't come here. I came to visit my parents from college, and them not having food for me, I came here for breakfast. The drive through was pretty busy so we went inside. Big mistake.The order was almost completely wrong. We ordered a drink for my mom that we had to wait over half an hour for. It was almost lunch time by the time we got to leave. I've worked in food before and I understand being patient, but they had just completely forgotten about the drink and never gave it to us. They are just too disorganized, don't come here.This is honestly one of the worst places I've ever been.
Have been here off and on for years since we live nearby. Many times we have been disappointed with the way they run out of stock on multiple ice cream flavors at once, run out of donuts, or provide unprofessional service. Today we went and were shocked to see that their ice cream freezers were practically empty. There were about five flavors total, and the one I got had freezer burn. Most of the flavors were missing labels. They were out of hot fudge. This poor management has been going on so long the corporate office should not allow this location to use the Dunkin Baskin name.
I would not have even given one star, but had no option to give 0This is a horrible and untidy store. The stuff is just lying every where and employee are not at all friendly and I had ordered 2 new drinks strawberry coconut refresher it was completely waste of money he just filled the entire glass with ice put some syrup and coconut milk they did not use a shaker also I had no option but to just trash it off once out. No ice cream in fact I do not know why they call it baskin robins when the so not have any icecream. Will never ever again return to this location.
This location has gone downhill. Not sure if it’s new owners, management, or both. The kids behind the counter are more interested in their phones or socializing than helping fill customer orders. Seems like ever order lately takes a long time, or is wrong.
Not worth the wait. I stayed in the drive thru line for over 10 minutes to place an order for a medium mocha iced coffee and a sweet pepper bacon sandwich. Sorely saddened when I got home to eat my sandwich (which cost $5). This is what “extra bacon” looks like folks! Unacceptable and I will not be back to this location. Thankfully they are opening one closer to my house off Cary Parkway.
The staff does a great job. Only 2 people and they were still efficient handling a packed drive thru, a mountain of mobile orders and walk ins while still being nice to people.
Coffee & donuts what can go wrong? Coffee was really good. Service was slow and I stood waiting for a breakfast sandwich for 10 min, it was done and sitting at the end of the counter but no one told me, another customer told me.
This location isn’t that great. The employees are rude that it feels so uncomfortable just being in the drive through. They asked me to my face what donut I wanted and still got it wrong. Only giving two stars because the coffee was good. I was hoping it would be a good location since it’s on my way to work but it’s not worth it.
