The manager is absolutely horrible. There is no compromise or feeling bad for you - if you need it! I ordered pizza over the phone (automated is to only option) and figured it was on the way. After 1 hour I called to check in and figured out there was 0 record of it, even though I gave my contact info and credit card info. The manager was completely NOT understanding and rude. I will never order from here again. Ever.
This particular Domino’s location makes great food they serve the food hot and cooked properly!! The only concerning issues that I have with this location is the fact that I sat in my car and witnessed through the front glass door and the windows a staff of at least 7 people with only 1 person having gloves on, no one else that is handling food in the store had gloves on! out of the 7 staff there were only 2 people wearing masks! Since we are still currently in a calmed down pandemic, I believe that this is important enough to mention to ownership so that immediate changes can be made. At this time food should not be prepared without the proper tools and sanitary necessities being utilized. Also, some of the staff have beards, mustaches and long hair, none of them are wearing beard nets, or hair nets or face coverings to protect hair from landing in the food! Lastly, I witnessed someone digging in their ear, and another person digging in their nose. PLEASE OWNERSHIP, look into this and fix it with urgency or I know for a fact I definitely won’t be back. If necessary, I will contact the appropriate division to handle it. Thank you kindly!!!
This shop always doing good service and very busy store especially on holidays and weekends. In this store pizza price range was excellent and coupon deals are a lot in this store. And, this store only for pickup and delivery. Overall we had a good service all the time. Good Management-Keep it up. Thanks.
**Great pizza, great customer service**Many of us have been back to normal life for the most part but the pandemic still has lasting effects.We've all, me and everyone in these reviews, become so accustomed to the convenience of Dominos that when it's not we get angry. The two people there are working so hard, everyday. They're stressed and overworked. So be easy, don't do delivery. Pick it up, it's not the end of the world.Domino's just isn't the late night go to that it use to be. Things change, and if we don't change with them we'll be angry forever.
Delivery order took over an hour on a Tuesday? Fine, I understand places are understaffed but my order was also incorrect. Don’t understand how it’s that hard to read an order. Seems like every time I come to Morrisville, the food service is atrocious. Feel bad for people that have to live here.
ordered delivery Last weekend, pizza never was delivered so i called the store the next day and spoke with the manager. I was told i would receive a refund in no later than 48 hours, so that was 5 days ago and i have not received a refund. Management at this place is terrible.
Place has gone down, ordered last night around 10:40, food was never delivered. Called the store they said we could pick it up or have it re-made and delivered, so with it being almost 12 on a sat night we couldn’t drive so asked to have it re delivered, and it never showed up. Terrible.
Looks like missing items on your order is a thing at this location. Seriously, how many times should I order from this location to get my order correct? Tired of your worst customer experience. I am going to pizza hut.
I ordered 4 pizzas ? and some habernero wings. I was so upset when I made it back to my destination to find out I had plain wings but that's not the bad part. The bad part is I tried calling the restaurant several times but noone answered ??? #highlyirritated
Did not include my drink or any of the additional things I ordered other than pizza.
