Went to pick up an ice cream cake for my daughter's birthday and they had what she wanted (Oreo cookies and cream).They also had some birthday themed cakes, cookie dough and a PB cup, I believe. Cake was decent. Cold Stone taste better, but my family liked the middle filling stuff and they cost less than cold Stone.
While my visits are always amazing & I receive exemplary service today was indeed different. I approached the drive-thru and was greeted per usual but almost instantly began to be rushed by the cashier taking orders. After I stated what I would like I was immediately taken aback by her facetious response stating “Ok? And your drink? Side? Sundae??” as I was literally beginning to reply to her question she asked the same thing (less than 3 seconds later) in a MUCH more aggressive tone. Because of her customer service I declined to proceed with my order and informed her due to her rudeness I would just pull off.This review isn’t to demand the cashier be reprimanded but this restaurant is notorious for its service, timeliness, and customer service. Maybe consider having her attend a standard Intro to Customer Service course something she would absolutely benefit from.All in all I won’t let this one particular visit with this cashier deter me from supporting this restaurant ever again I can say I may reconsider visiting in the near future.Visited on 04/22/22 at approx 2:05 PM.
Don't order curbside on the app here. They will never actually bring your food out. I went inside myself after sitting in the parking lot for 20 mins. My food was just sitting on the counter the whole time I was waiting. My receipt was hung just below the bag with "CURBSIDE" in large letters written on it. Multiple employees were in the store. There was 1 customer at the counter, and the drive through was not busy (no line). Yet I watched many cars come through, get their food, and leave in the time that I sat there. Needless to say my food was cold. They are lucky they are the only decent place for drive thru ice cream or I'd never return. When I do it will only be for the occasion blizzard and I think I'll hit the drive through so their lazy employees can't just avoid serving me.
Great place to eat. Always fresh. Employees are always really sweet too.
Would have been nice if they didn’t forget my gravy for the chicken strip basket ? how do you forgot the gravy …
I have eaten here many times. If you come here on a summer evening, it can take quite a while to get your (tasty) food. If you come to the drive-through on a winter afternoon, you get your food reasonably fast (slower than a McDonald's, faster than a Bojangles). The food is usually right (but definitely check!). This Dairy Queen meets expectations and overall I like it and plan to continue returning to it.

One of my favorite places to eat lunch at. Food is always good at this location. The restaurant itself is a little tricky to get to you gotta go thru a kinda like shopping center and apartment complex to get to the standalone restaurant. Parking lot is a little small (again it's in a shared shopping center/dining/apartment lot)Overall great experience very friendly staff and good food. This is my 3 or 4th time eating at this location
Lines can get pretty long but it is probably because their service is really good and they never mess up orders. Typically, they give out coupons to me sure you return as well.
Make sure to check your items before leaving or picking up food…. This is how my fry box was when I took it out of the bag. Not even 1/2 full and I paid for a meal. Not a burger, drink & fry snack.. NOT HAPPY
