Surprisingly average cookies. Not a whole lot of flavor going on with the peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies. They definitely should use darker chocolate for the chocolate chip cookies and age their cookie batter longer. I've definitely had better ones I've made myself or from other places. Nice stark interior with a clean vibe, friendly staff, but if your main goal is to get the best cookies you've ever had, this isn't that.
Surprisingly FAST today! That's not usually the case (as you would probably know if you've gone to a Crumbl before).The only critique I have is that Hector forgot to remind me that a 4 pack is slightly cheaper as a pack. I bought 3 cookies and if he had reminded me I would've gotten 4. Poor upselling job, but overall it was predictably phenomenal.The photos are a Red Velvet White Chip and a Sugar Cookie.The RVWC tasted EXACTLY like Coco Puffs. Considering I don't eat cereal anymore I probably would've selected something else, but it was a nice childhood throwback ?I said we got 3 cookies... the other was a Boston Creme Pie, but it got sloshed around in the car. I didn't take a photo since it no longer resembled the delectable cookie it once was. Thinking I did Crumbl a favor by not posting a cookie in its less than ideal state...

Absolutely delicious cookies and friendly staff. These cookies are big so worth the price. Everything is fresh. These are elite cookies. I’ll take these cookies over a cupcake any day. I was really excited because there is often a line but today we walked right up to the register.
Best Chocolate Chip cookie EVER! I enjoy the changing menu each week and it gives me a great variety when surprising my customers with an afternoon sweet treat. They love to see me walking in with that big pink box and it always leads to a great meeting!
Excellent cookies, served warm and delicious!! The gentlemen at the counter was very friendly and nice! Even my 11 year old said he was so awesome and nice!
Crumbl Cookie Morrisville now under new management, and the difference is noticeable. Excellent experience today! Walked in, and as the only customer, were extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. Working in the food/beverage industry, sometimes this can be difficult; giving undivided attention to customers. However, because they could, they did. Exceptionally helpful and engaging...since I was asking numerous questions about the current selection of flavors. Every employee was engaging, and even the manager, Anjel, came out to say hello and engage. So, they are getting it right; obviously hiring good people that interact with customers, making it all about the cookies. This makes the experience so much more enjoyable, fun, and increased the anticipation of eating the product. This location has improved greatly and one should give it a try...(while the cornbread cookies last!! So good)
A friend just had cookies delivered to my door after I broke my arm. The very wonderful experience started the minute I opened the door and the delivery driver handed me the cookies. She then said "I hope your arm feels better" noting that she had read the sticker on the outside of the box. That level of service and kindness is truly touching. The cookies look amazing and I can't wait to try my first bite!
