To start, I love coming here! Everybody is so nice. The owner, when he is on site, is so welcoming and hospitable. He really cares about his store.I will note that the staff can improve on being more aware of what the order tickets include. When I make additions to my order through the app, I have to double check they added the extra toppings I paid for. I have had to do this neatly every time I came in, and I come here about 3 or 4 times a week (I order it before I go into work! hehe). So 3 or 4 times a week staff is almost consistently neglecting requests on one person‘s order. I always add extra egg through the app, and it’s usually not added onto it at all. They have gotten a little bit better about it, because they know my name by now so maybe they remember. But it still happens. I know nobody is perfect, I understand. But to not read the order ticket… I don’t understand hahaOtherwise, staff is nice and food is great.
First time I ever been to Clean Juice and I enjoyed it! Place is clean, nice workers, and my açaí bowel was DELICIOUS. Definitely coming back again!
Unfortunately I've had 2 bad experiences now. I just recently found this place and was thrilled to get organic food, but the quality is not consistent. A couple weeks ago I ordered the Nutty Bowl and paid for extra granola. I got home to find there was no granola at all. No one bothered to tell me when I picked up my order to go. They were apparently out of granola and simply left it out, but they kept my money for extra granola. They could have waited till I showed up and asked if I wanted something else. I called in to the shop and it was supposed to be credited back to me, but that never happened.Today I went again and my smoothie tasted like almond milk mixed with ice and not much else. I could barely taste any flavor in it. This place is not inexpensive so the food should have consistent flavor each time I order and nothing should be "watered down". I've had this smoothly before and it was awesome.It's a bummer because I love the food sometimes, but the inconsistencies are not ok.
Melissa remembered me, my first 3 minutes of ever speaking to her, and even my name. I met her one time. I walk back in and she asked me how it was going like old pals! Great customer service from Melissa. Very sweet woman.I love the energy one juice. Eating lunch here really helps avoid that 3PM slump after lunch! The veggie wrap - but toast it! and add avocado. *DROOL*I've been specifically impressed with Melissa as she goes above and beyond with customers. It's the little things ya'll - but the whole team seems pleasant.
Really bad experience, ordered a cali sandwich without chicken and got a sandwich with chicken.
I love Clean Juice for a healthy alternative and quick snack for myself and family! My littles are always excited to get a smoothie or avocado toast (and the Park West location is great about making sure to leave off the spicy red pepper flakes or echo me in calling the Wild One smoothie with spirulina “The Cookie Monster Smoothie”!).I love how quick they are to respond to even small mistakes and make sure to take the extra time to correct anything.Smoothies and food are delicious and made with REAL food-with nothing fake or unnecessary added sugar.The staff is even better and are always so kind, with big smiles to greet you when you step in.Clean Juice is my go to for healthy on the go and I love that we have so many locations close by.Keep up the amazing work and keep the delicious, nourishing food flowing!
The staff is knowledgeable and so helpful. The cleanses are very convenient and the smoothie bowls are delicious!!! With all the smoothie/juice places popping up I'm so grateful clean juice is providing organic. Clean Juice is definitely my first choice. Thank you!!!
I had made an online purchase for a pressed gluten free flatbread sandwhich. I'm not gluten sensitive but I was asked if I was, because she wanted to make sure before she pressed my Flatbread so it wouldn't be cross contaminated. Good to know they watch out for this type of stuff. I made my order online, went to pick it up and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Great job ladies!
It was my first time placing an order for delivery. My order arrived sooner than they said which was great. I ordered the berry açaí bowl and it was DELICIOUS! I was very satisfied with the service and will order again.
They need to hire more than two workers in order to better tackle the hoards of customers that come in. Waiting 10+ mins for a simple order is unacceptable.
