Another one place of the worst service to the customer here also. I placed the order online and went for pinking up. I was waiting for picking up, one guy came and asked me I said that I m here for my online order pickup. He told me to wait, since I was waiting almost more than 30 min. My order is not yet ready. I saw the big line for instant ordering too, The shop almost closing time, my order yet to be ready. Almost all the dishes are going to finishing stage. One service person came from inside the counter said that some of the dishes finished, you can get the refund or cancel the online order or we will give whatever we are having the rest dishes. I was not reacting anything when he was telling like this way. Even I don't know how to handle, because almost all the shops closing time. That was so embarrassing situation, my family and kids were waiting for food at home. Here also same problem, the guy said that way does not the good customer service. Spending money not a problem, we are here for GOOD customer service and RESPECT the valuable customers.Dear customers please do not order the food online here.
I absolutely love chipotle. Reading all bad reviews i feel lucky that i got my order perfect as i want. The portion was pretty decent, yum fresh food, it wasn’t hot as my preference but I don’t mind it too. So so fulfilling…
One of the best healthy meal in NC.It is busy at most of the afternoon
The experience deserves 0 star but not an option. My worst experience so far. More than half of ingredients were missing. Portion size was about half than normal size. Rice was less than half cook. Made a mistake ordering online. Better order in store or check pick up before leaving the store
The food was ok and kind of Luke warm . I did not like. I ordered food 15-20 minutes prior and reached to location as mentioned pickup time but my order was not started at all. Then I asked them to prepare my order and then one of the employee came after few minutes and started preparing. There was no apology for delay and it was rudely said we have short of employees.
We placed an online order for pickup. The food was ready upon arrival, the quality was good, and the order was accurate. However, the burrito and burrito bowl we ordered both had less of each ingredient than when we ordered in store. I'm not sure if this is because the online order crew are following stricter guidelines about quantity, and the counter crew are being generous, though.
Great quick service , even though there was a line ! Props to all food service folks for working so hard during this pandemic !!
They don't give decent portions. You have to ask for 3 servings of cheese to get the normal amt of cheese you'd get at other Chipotles on the first sprinkle. I've always just shrugged it off bc it's the closest one to my house. Today I was told I have to pay for sides that aren't in my bowl even though I always get them on the side. I had no sides in my bowl and was told I should pay extra ummm what? ???. When I said fine, the Mgr said I don't have to but then lectured me on the dumb policy and why even though I was willing to play along? I'm confused. Then I get home: Today the chips were bland, last time they were over salted. The chicken was also bland. Meh. I'll drive a little further and get better service and better food.
I typically order through Uber Eats from this location and the last few times that I have ordered the drivers have canceled due to the food not being ready or my order was completely wrong , It's impossible to reach anyone via telephone. I understand that places are short staffed, but if you can't keep up with the demand of customers coming into the restaurant to order their food along with all the delivery services that you are in partnership with and allow your menu to be on their platforms, then maybe you should stop allowing delivery services to deliver for you and only take in person orders. I waited 1.5 hours today and had to end up canceling my order because 2 drivers canceled the pick-up due to my order not being ready. It should not take 1.5 hours to make a burrito bowl.
The reason why I gave one star is because the whole staff was not interested in understanding the customer need. I eat chicken but no stake for my religious belief. And these people were dropping stakes in the chicken bowl while preparing the bowl.. I ultimately went for vegetarian option but the problem is even after I kept on ponting that mixup to the servers and manager(I think).. the reaction was like “whatever “ .. at least they could have done was recognize the mixup and change the bowl .. it not that the bowl was full and they would have wasted a lot.Updated: well I also found a piece of stake in my “ Vegetarian Bowl” my bowl is going to trash can.. seriously Chipotle do something about it .
