Great food, great drinks, fast and friendly service.

Server was amazing. Attentive, kind and knowledgeable. Food was... As good as could be expected (I should have known better than to get the ribeye. Low quality, vacuum sealed, and I guarantee was frozen until early afternoon). My major complaint? Your "tip percentage" was off. By a full dollar. Your machine said 20% of our 67$ and change bill was 14.56. Well. That's an odd way to try to trick your customers into tipping your underpaid employees better. 20% of 68 is not 14.56. Maybe if you actually paid your employees what they were worth, and let them do their jobs (you know, bring checks, final check in, you know. Server stuff), you wouldn't need to be scumbags and try to trick your customers into paying what you're unwilling to.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The service was horrible. Our server was inefficient and lacked the customer service skills to even work there. Our entrees came out before our appetizers and non-alcoholic beverages. As a matter of fact, I had to go find her to bring us a sweet tea and an Arnold Palmer. When I went to find her she was sitting at a table walked past me and proceeded to take a phone call for 5 mins while I stood there waiting…My daughter ordered a Caesar salad. It’s one of the most basic menu items and they gave her wilted lettuce and soaked it in dressing. We sent it back and requested fries. The fries were burnt.I ordered the 3 item option with chips & salsa and the burger. She didn’t ask me how I wanted my burger at all, but she got the toppings correct. My chips tasted like cardboard. They were awful. The manager was ineffective and there were several other tables who were experiencing issues as well. They need to do better.

Was told it would be busy based on “the entire staff calling out” for Memorial Day. Cool I get it, I’ve worked in the restaurant business and know how it can get. Don’t even have any complaints for the wait on the food as it was in a timely manner or even the quality of the food. What I don’t wanna have to deal with is listen to the one cook that did show up wildin’ out for a straight hour in the kitchen while I waited. I get it’s stressful bro, but if you can’t hold it together emotionally close the dang kitchen. Server was awesome and did all he could and kept up with refills.

Food is getting worse every experience. It used to be my favorite spot. Tonight I ordered chipotle tenders and I received chunks of chicken barley coated in sauce. Everything throwed in one container. And glad I asked to have the tortilla strips on the side of my chilli because last order by the time I was home tortilla strips were soggy and not fitting to eat. Take out is starting to be a waste of money.

Despite being very short staffed, the staff was friendly and took there time to answer question. They did a good job at being honest and setting expectations about the timeframe with the short staffing. They were knowledgeable about allergies and taking precautions. I hadn’t been to Chili’s got awhile but I always lived there loaded baked potato soup. It did not disappoint on this visit.

The service has suffered in pandemic era. Focus is more on processing customers and they are almost always understaffed even when you are one of two total occupied tables.

Literally the only reason my wife and I come to Chili's is for the Molten Chocolate Cake. It's so good! The rest of our food was kind of average and the chips are way too salted. Our servers did a great job considering they were short staffed.

Food and waitress were great. Our drinks were great. ?

They are doing their best. Food was well prepared and served on time and I was checked up on regularly. This is admirable considering the short staffed nature of everything. Being fortunate enough to be a solo diner made it easy for me to be in and out very quickly. Always a good stop for an easy drinking margarita or some other macro Tex Mex fare.
