We love Cava! In fact we go there at least once a week is not more! I love the salads - so many fresh ingredients to choose from! It's one of our favorite places that we hit so often that it's become a part of our life. Let's the kids love it.
Tried our local CAVA for the first time last Friday. Wondered how we didn’t discover it sooner! Food is amazing!! Great Mediterranean meal. Slight learning curve if you’re “building” your own bowl, but staff was incredibly patient and helpful. Had a busy night of kid baseball and love that we’ve found a healthy and delicious option on those nights. Will definitely be back weekly.
Phenomenal food, phenomenal service. The workers were incredibly nice and patient when we ordered for the first time, and even gave us some great recommendations that we ended up loving. We left last week asking ourselves why we hadn't tried Cava sooner, & we've now added it to our weekly rotation! Can't recommend this place highly enough!!
First time at Cava and was impressed with the quality of the salad. Harissa Avocado bowl was perfect! The greens were fresh and crispy. The pita with the hummus was a great touch, too! I opted not to have the crispy chips and asked for the lentils - thanks for allowing us to customize our own bowl.
Cava is awesome! I usually get a spinach bowl with falafel and chicken with garlic dressing. So yummy ? Also, the restaurant is really clean and has a youthful, upbeat ambiance. Not to mention the grill cooks are some cuties ?
Absolute favorite place to grab lunch. I love their falafel and harissa. Today, during rush hour, they were out of pita crips, and one of the employees hand-delivered them to us when they were back! Amazing customer service at this location!!
Food was amazing but need to make sure I double check my online orders before leaving. Paid for pita chips and side of spicy hummus and didn’t receive any hummus… really bummed because I was looking forward to it also because I didn’t get what I paid for…
Amazing as always. Love cava for the food. The staff is great and very friendly, and usually seem to be dealing with a long line of folks while being understaffed, but still serving awesome food. I wish i could leave them a tip when paying w card.
I decided to try CAVA again after having a bad experience last year and the employees blew my apprehensions about coming back out of the water. The line was long (lunch hour) but the workers had a positive attitude and greeted each guest as they walked up to the counter to order. They really listened to each guest as they ordered to ensure accuracy when making the orders and communicated with each other to ensure understanding. My food was delicious and I'm glad I gave this place a chance again, I'll be back for sure!!
Staff needs to work on customer service at this location. When a customer calls regarding a curbside order you probably shouldn’t answer the phone with an attitude and proceed to hang up on the customer after you confirm the customer is here. This is after I sat and watched the staff at the front of the house play and joke around while a customer is sitting outside waiting for their order. I doubt I will be back to this location anytime soon.
