These ladies 06/24/22 working really hard and were so pleasant. Burger good too.
Excellent, reasonably priced, tasty, fast breakfast while traveling. Huge improvement on available breakfast places at RDU.
I’m sorry but this has to be one of the worst burgers I’ve had in a long time. The patties were like hockey pucks. The lettuce was small bits of nothing. The tomatoes were actually good. The woman that rang me up was very kind and helpful. The woman that gave me my burger was rude and dismissive. I see this a lot with airport food. These great restaurants open a location in an airport and then everything goes down hill from there. If I wasn’t on the plane already when I ate it I would have taken it back.
Worst fries and burger I had ever had in my life. Came here super hungry left super angry.
I honestly had a really great experience. Eileen was a pleasure to speak with and fantastic at her job. . Reading some of the previous reviews it's clear that people from out of town that don't understand some of the challenges locals are going through at the moment and to impose their opinion... But as a local who respects hard work, I can assure you everyone here was trying to very very hard. If they need more help it's not their fault it's definitely management. The folks working and serving my food did a great job with what they had. And thankfully for burgerfi, they did a great job. I hope you reward her, she works hard and clearly loves her family and the dogs at her home..
Not a lot of options open today so thought I would give it a try. Very slow Saturday morning. This place is just visibly dirty. Like really dirty. The front counter has sauce and trash all over it. There is a huge water spill in front of the bar and as I was looking at the puddle I realized the front of the bar hasn’t been cleaned in a long while. And they are slow! Staff doesn’t really seem to care either. I thought I would sit at the bar and eat since it was so slow. I had a water from my meal and would have ordered a beer had the bartender not rolled her eyes when I sat down. “She even asked you just gonna sit here and eat” my response was yes I am now…while eating I hear this employee yelling that “we don’t do that” “we don’t do that” I guess someone ordered tomatoes and onions on a side of fries and she was upset by this…come to find out it was the bartender ordering a snack. Food was ok. But staff and cleanliness was terrible. Fast food is fast food but a 17$ burger lunch should for sure be better than this. Lucky I am not from this area so I will not ever have to see this place again.
Got there just as they opened at noon on a Friday. The CEO burger was tasteless. The buns were soft and floppy. The cheeseburger was ok. The $5 onion rings only had 5 rings.I would rather have a Big Mac instead of the $12 burger I had. I thought Burger Fi was supposed to be premium burgers?
Absolutely disgusting. The burger was so greasy that I feel like I need a shower. The whole thing was wet with grease. Very low quality meat and nothing special. Wendy's is 10x better!
Had to ask them to remake a burger after waiting 15 minutes for it the first time around. After waiting another 15 minutes had to run to catch my flight. Poor service. Fries were ok.
Closed 6pm Friday night…
