Very good food. Great service

We haven't eaten here in almost over a year because of cold food and survival, our food was hot but the service was slow. I understand that they were short staffed but it was only one person trying to do everything while the other was just walking around talking. The guy serving us a nice but he needed help. The young lady that was there with him didn't really do anything. It wasn't busy but the from the time were seated to ordering our drinks was about 20 mins, receiving our took about another 30. It will be awhile before we return here again for lunch

I had the most amazing time tonight with my friends at Buffalo Wild Wings. My friends are regulars and while I'm not, our server Josh treated me like family. Extremely professional, paid attention to details, and still kept it all professional. Such a great night out.PS ask Josh for his drink recommendations. He hit my margarita out of the park!

Unprofessional staff that has no idea what customer service is. Food is great,. I will always go back. Make sure you check your order before you leave the restaurant, if take out, otherwise, they will question your honesty, they will not fix or apologize as they don't believe that you went home and then discovered the missing item.

Great food, great drinks, and what a great bartender/waiter Chris is !

Great atmosphere Our waiter was great

Kinda disappointed with the poor service at this location. We'd ordered a spicy passionfruit margarita and a hibiscus margarita in addition to 20 boneless wings. After waiting for quite some time, we checked with the server on the drinks, to which, she said "sorry" and went away as if to check what was up with the order. Later, a different server came with the wings, with whom we followed up about our drinks again. ?‍♀️ He asked us what drinks we'd ordered ? and went away. Our original server came back with the drinks and then we had to ask her for silverware as there was none to have the wings with. The food and drinks tasted decent but service was way below par.

I had the combo of traditional wings with lemon pepper dry rub and boneless wings with medium spice buffalo sauce. The traditional wings were overcooked and lacked flavor. The boneless wings were very good. The combo came with french fries and coleslaw. The french fries were nicely seasoned and the best part of the meal. The cole slaw was good, because it did not have heavy mayonnaise. This was my first time I dined at a Buffalo Wild Wings. I don't think I'll be back.

Food is very good. Wings are big and delicious. Decent specials but a little pricier now from all the world events. Only issue for me is that typically don't staff a full time worker up front so you can wait 5 or so minutes before anyone sees you to pick up your food.

This restaurant is notoriously slow getting you food, no matter if you're in the restaurant , ordering to go or picking up. I order online and give them plenty of time. Do not walk in there order your food and expect to walk out in less than 45 minutes.I usually get the boneless wings on BOGO Thursdays. Their sauces are ?very Hot ? I eat hot food regularly, and their Hot makes my mouth raw. TBH medium is fine..don't judge me. lolSo this hardly happens, but three weeks ago I had several boneless wings that were semi raw. Looks like someone may have thrown some frozen wings in with thawed out wings. Thawed out wings are done, frozen ones arent.I would not pay the normal price for their wings. In my opinion they are way overpriced. Half price, in my opinion is just about right for fried chicken nuggets. $20 for 30 nuggets is about 67 cents a nugget.
