Maybe i just hit a bad day. They're typically decent but today, i got a 4 piece supreme dinner without the supremes and didn't notice until i was too far gone. You'd think that's a basic.Also, they were out of large cups, so everyone on drive through had to settle with a full priced but small drink.
Customer service is lacking everywhere, this place is no exception …terribly rude service …what should I expect ? The only good thing about this place was the restroom I used.Managers need to do better !
I haven't been here in like 5 years. Got there too early; had to wait 'til they opened @ 5:30A. 5:45A there was a long line in the drive-thru, but they moved fast. Saw 6 squares each showing different menus; pulled up to the speaker-mike and asked if only the first square (Breakfast) was available for order. Woman replied "I can't understand you." I thought it was the airplane above, so I repeated louder. She said don't yell -- I still can't understand you; pull up to the window. I pulled away away muttering "she can't understand but don't yell...?"So most of the time at the window was her explaining that she could hear me fine and that I didn't need to yell, my explaining that I don't know the menu and that what I was really asking was what was available to order. When I told her I'd have to circle around and look again, she just rattled off what was available, like "hurry up your wasting my time."Eventually I got a blueberry one, which did not taste how I remembered. Next time I'll just stop @ the one in CLT: can't believe they're better at customer service, but there you have it!
Yes! Ordered a simple 2 for $5 sausage and egg biscuits. It was made perfectly and the 2 staff I interacted with were polite. Whoever made these biscuits did it right. Haven't had a correct biscuit in years from anywhere until now. Here's to hoping this is a regular thing.
We love Bojangles. It's one of the best places to have fried chicken and we love it's crispy chicken sandwich. Strongly recommend if you love fried chicken.
If you're looking for a quick bite to eat, go anywhere else! I waited FIFTEEN minutes for my order to be completed, then had to go inside for the rest of it. The whole crew must be stoners.
Long wait for the food in the drive thru and no straws or condiments were given. Food was fresh but took every bit of 20 minutes for a 2 piece chicken dinner leg n thigh.
Waiting at window for 10 minutes now, nobody will answer the drive thru.Drove up to window, guy used hand signal to say they weren’t open. Multiple employees inside. No signs indicating they’re closed. Very very very very bad service.
Similar design and layout to a few other fast food restaurants. Fast and good customer services.
Little Guy running the Register was HIGH AS A KITE! I repeated my order atleast 10 times and had to show him witch pieces of chicken was white meat! SMH....
