I walked into blaze after work to get a pizza when I saw the manager randy being extremely rude to his employees. He was yelling at the employees when there was multiple customers in the store and waiting in line. It was quite surprising how mean some people can be especially when all of the employees we’re clearly under duress from the rush. I really hope higher management takes action against him because employees should not be working under those conditions with a manager that clearly doesnt care about them. The employees we’re handling it surprisingly well for the conditions they were in still, great employees but horrible manager
I waited for 20 minutes to place my order, even though there was only 1 person ahead of me. There were 5 employees on deck yet only 1 was truly working. The pizzas were clearly burnt and in no condition to eat and yet the worker had the audacity to ask which ones were burnt.
Man I love the pizzas at Blaze, but over the last year service has gotten so bad at nearly every location I visit. (I travel for work) today was especially bad, after waiting for 15 minutes to be greeted(one customer in front of me) they wound up knocking my pizza on the ground when trying to restock. I get this will happen but neither employee said anything about it or apologized? Just went and started making it again as if nothing happened. Such a bizarre experience.
The pizza was subpar. Nothing to special about it. Definitely not the best pizza I've had but also not the worst. It's not bad if you are just looking for a quick bite to eat. Although, the garlic pesto cheesey bread surprised me and was delicious!
I haven't been to Blaze Pizza in a long time since I don't make it out to Morrisville as much nowadays, but I had the opportunity to go in today for lunch. Service was friendly, but a little slow to finally start my order despite it not being very busy at the time. Not really a big issue for me, but it is worth noting that a few pieces of the "grilled" chicken that I asked for on my pizza were undercooked. When biting into a couple of pieces, I saw that they were still pink on the inside. The rest of my pizza was delicious with the exception of the chicken - I just wanted to bring the issue to the restaurant's attention. Hoping that the ingredient quality is better next time around.
Came here to try the vegan cheesebread and chorizo pizza. The pizza was really nothing exciting at all. I've had a lot better.The cheese bread, though, was divine. I truly enjoyed it. I can see coming back for just that in the future.I removed a star because I was told by the staff that the pesto was vegan safe. I should have done my own research, but assumed the term was understood there. After I finished my food I learned the pesto is not at all vegan. Only their marinara is. I dish I'd known cause I wouldn't have eaten it.
It was a great place to have pizzas before, lately the service quality has come down and seems like the staffs lack motivation to do any work. They're too slow and doesn't listen to instructions completely, doesn't add the toppings properly, also they over-baked and burnt my pizza. I literally waited for 45 minutes in the queue with just 2 customers ahead of me(This has happened more than once). They need to have a separate team for online orders and in store orders to reduce the wait time. Hope they rectify this.
Blaze has 3 different types of gluten free crusts and they are all delicious. It's def one of my favorite pizza places!
I ordered a large pizza, cheese bread, and two regular sized pizzas. I can only assume they left my entire order cooking until the large pizza was done because everything was overcooked. I am so disappointed because Blaze pizza is a very rare, special treat for my family since we live 40 minutes away. I didn't check my take-out order until after I got home. I know everyone is short staffed nowadays. So, I don't blame the shop or staff. But, I can't afford to waste $50 to feed my family burnt food.
Hands down best pizza ever. So delicious with yummy thin crust and they roast right by the brick wood fire. So many varieties of toppings and pizzas to get! Highly recommend
