They absolutely can’t get it together. The ice cream cooler has been broke for over two months. They told me they were getting a new one because part was taking so long, went again last week and it’s still broke and owner of this franchise still didn’t purchase a new cooler. Today is June 14th and how can you operate an ice cream shop with a broken cooler in the Summer. It’s beyond ridiculous and I wish someone would buy this franchise that would operate it properly!
Worse ice cream experience. 1st time I went they didn’t tell me they didn’t have my topping. So, when I get it and drive away then I realize they put on a different topping. When I drive back they state they’re out of my topping. Why would you not tell me and put on a topping that I didn’t ask for? How do you know I wasn’t allergic? 2nd time; this Friday they are out of basically everything I ask for! Please don’t go here because the kids working at this place care nothing about this business or their customers. FYI…1st time ice cream was soft and mushy
They are very unprofessional. They don't know what they have and what they don't. That take your order and when you move to the next window, they tell you that they don't have half of what you already ordered and confirmed at the previous window. Given that it's only a drive through, you can't come back to reorder. So half of your party has nothing. Not coming back here.
It’s 12:55p, why is their a sign saying We’re Open when the inside is in fact not open smh. Only drive thru…
Please never come here...they never have any flavors of ice cream and I mean NEVER!

I am surprised to see that many customers are complaining about the scoop size and yet the owners didn’t care to fix the issue. The picture uploaded below shows exactly the scoop that you get at this store, it’s just above spoonful. Don’t waste your money at this store
Staff is horrible, the quantity is too small for a scoop..double scoop felt like a single
Ice cream way to soft. Case was messy with dripped ice cream all over & just not clean. Nothing tasted like the flavors we ordered. Staff unfriendly & in a hurry even though we were the only customers in theStore. Don’t go there .
I stopped by in a good mood thinking I would get some icecream. I walked in and stood at the counter and I was completely ignored. I scooted over to the register and was still ignored. Three workers walked by. No one said hello or asked to help me. They acted as if I wasn’t there. This went on for 10 minutes. I said “excuse me” then one lady finally said hello (while she was eating the food) but did not offer to help me. Instead she turned around and finished her food. I didn’t go off. I just left but this location has terrible customer service. To blatantly ignore a paying customer when you have no other customers in the middle of the day is rude! Do not go to this location.
