My Fiancé and I were in the area for a seminar. We ended up eating here TWICE. Lunch both times. On a Saturday and a Sunday. My Fiancé is on the keto diet so he really needed to be able to eat low-carb and Bad Daddy's did not disappoint. Day 1: I had the Philly and homemade chips. My Fiancé had a grilled chicken salad and said it was so filling and delicious. Day 2: We ended up coming back with a group of 10 people and our waitress was fantastic. This location has amazing staff. Even during busy rush hours. I tried to tackle the Badass burger and it was more than I could handle. So filling and heavy. Totally worth it if you're starving. And my Fiancé got to branch out. Someone recommended the burgers with the lettuce wrap instead of a bun! He said it was hands down the best burger he's ever had. I want to go back to NC just for another burger.
I was there with 4 friends on a Friday evening at about 6:00. I don't think they were that busy since there were 10 or 12 people standing behind the wait station and empty tables. Waitress came by and I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich with a side salad. We had no refills, no check-ins, nothing. We had to go inside and ask for our food at 7:15. Some guy brought our food out and two of the orders were wrong (note the tots in the photo) and my sandwich was cold. The staff disappeared again and I had to get towels and ketchup from another table. About 8: 15, we had to ask one of the 15 people behind the wait station for our check. My experience has been fine at other locations and other times I've visited but maybe it was just an off night.
Bad Daddy's Burger Bar is known for his burgers are. But they have more than just burgers. Their menu includes everything from fried pickles too salads . Their menu is not so huge that you find yourself overloaded with choices. And that is probably why they are very popular spot to go to.I have always had a good experience going to Bad Daddy's Burger Bar. The staff is very helpful, the food is always cooked the way you want and the prices are very very reasonable. As always I enjoy a place that is clean. And that includes the restrooms.They can get very crowded but you do not find yourself wondering where the heck is my food? They were able to expedite food fairly quickly.
It’s a lot more hit or more than it used to be since the good manager left. Now it totally depends on the cook working if you get your burger cooked how you want. Plus the service is not remotely what it used to be. At this point the staff seems far more interested in hiding by the kitchen and gabbing with each other than checking up on their tables. Suffice to say it’s way down hill from the awesome excellent burger place it used to be.
Burgers here are really not that great for what they charge you. Abbey Road’s burgers are far superior.
The servers were friendly and attentive. The burgers - 5 star damn good, and reasonably priced. My mom is Miss Picky, and she couldn't stop saying, "Wow" with every bite of her medium-cooked burger. The french fries aren't the crispy type, but they are very tasty, and the condiment they provide with them is a very tasty alternative to ketchup. One large serving fed three of us. I'm not in love with the chicken wing appetizer though - they are soaking in your choice of sauce. But to be fair, I think that's the way the chicken wing restaurants tend to serve them, and I don't care for that. Plus, they are quite expensive for an appetizer. Again, to be fair, chicken prices have gone up quite a bit. Overall, Great atmosphere, great people, great food.
So I ordered for myself and my family as it was late and didn't want to start dinner. I am going to say maybe it's better to dine in. My food was cold, the salad came with no dressing. My cheese was on the bottom of my cold fries. I arrived earlier than when my food was said to be ready. So I'll give the benefit of doubt since flavor was good, but cold.
GREAT PLACE & THEY VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS!! My husband & I ordered dinner( 2 burgers 2 fries) EVERYTHING was correct except I asked for my burger well done and once I took a bite I noticed it wasn't well done...not a big deal & it can be fixed. Not only did they remake my entire meal, they willingly remade my husband's entire meal so we could eat a hot dinner together & INSISTED on giving us a refund in vouchers for the inconvenience. GREAT MANAGING, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GREAT FOOD. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT AND WE WILL BE BACK MANY TIMES.

Never had anything but good experiences at this restaurant. Today I ordered a pickup order with an Impossible patty, and they gave me beef by mistake. Got back to my office, took one bite and knew it was real meat. Not a great mistake to make with someone who doesn't eat meat. I drove back a little irritated. When I got there the manager (didn't catch his name, it was 1pm on 2/23/22) first asked if I was okay, which of course I was fine. He then refunded my money, made me a new burger, and gave me two $10 vouchers. I honestly wasn't expecting all of that, I just wanted the right burger. They rushed the new one out to me too. They went above and beyond to correct the mistake, and I really appreciated it. These guys are awesome!
