I am an avid fan of Indian Cuisine and like to try many different restaurants. In my nearly 2 years of living in the Research Triangle, I have been to no Indian restaurants better than Amber Flavors and Taste. The quality and presentation of the food is outstanding and at a reasonable price. The menu selection is diverse, yet not overdone. Do not be disappointed if a dish you like is not on the menu; they will cook it for you if they have the ingredients! It is also literally one of the cleanest restaurants I've ever been to. And finally, the atmosphere is incredible and the service is wonderful and friendly. I cannot recommend Amber Flavors and Taste enough to those who love Indian cuisine. Give it a try!
A decent size restaurant with amazing food quality. Everything we tried came out awesome.I don’t usually write reviews unless I feel that the food is exceptionally good. We tried the aloo paratha, chole batura, naan/kulchas, dahi puri, veg/paneer curries, hakka/chilli garlic noodles.I would say everything tasted Superb.Curries quantity was a bit stringent but otherwise awesome..Especially Chole batura and aloo paratha were out of the park and can easily say the best ever I tried in the US till day.Don’t go for the service (as it is a small place with fewer staff). Go for the taste of the food.

Amazing place! The food is really delicious and good price & quantity. We were a large group and everything we ordered was mouth watering. The service was what set this place apart, kind and prompt servers and everyone with a smile. I will definitely go back and encourage you to try this place - specially their kababs and biryani! The interiors and ambiance are also ultra modern, great dining experience

I was on a business trip to Raleigh, NC. Never tried Indian Cuisine, but once. My co worker and I stumble on to the most amazing place owned by the most amazing couple. Amber Flavors and Taste. I had the most delicious Indian tea, I tried the most delicious creation Samosa, and a wonderful soup. The place is absolutely beautiful, very inviting. They even have a large table with a screen wall around it for a little privacy for a large party. I cannot say enough about the food and the couple that own it and everyone that works there. On a scale of 1-10 I give it a 12. I cannot wait to come back with friends so they can share in this wonderful experience .
Amazing Food, Great Menu, Beautiful Ambiance, Friendly Staff. We tried Chicken Kababs and Chicken Wings, Chloe Batura, excellent taste & delicious. Definitely You guys need to try for excellent food.
Tried takeout once and was thoroughly disappointed. The paneer was rock hard and the flavor consisted of the taste of salt only. In an area filled with options, find another.
The best Restaurant in greater cary for North Indian, Indo-Chinese, and breakfast (Weekends). Chef Rawat is good at what he does and he makes delicious food. Unfortunately, the competition does less and he sometimes does not get the encouragement needed.We have been visiting him since he opened this new place. For New years we had Indo-Chinese, Biryani, Naans, and other curries. The food has good texture, taste, and quantity. The kitchen also is flexible in adjusting the flavors.There is a very friendly gentleman to usher us in and take the orders. The price is a little higher than those around, But very much compensated by the ambiance and foods quality(The biryani can be better from our last outing here). The Mutton pepper fry/Rumali roti can be a good try on a dinner outing by yourself.Good competition begets good stuff. Let this restaurant be so.
This place is legit! Authentic fresh Indian food with good service.We had chicken tikka masala, garlic/butter naan, Tandoori roti, Banghan bharta, goat curry. All were so yammy! At first, I thought menu was a bit pricy, in the end it worths the price!!!Thank you for the good food. Glad that we got new place to go :)
