Short staffed is a understandable reason to not be able to provide food at a pace that is normal in fast food. I believe most customers would agree. However, there is no reason that the quality of the food should be affected. If I've got the time to wait I've got no problem with waiting due to employee staffing. Today that was the case. They were down to 3 employees (not sure if that counted the manager on duty). So I spent over 15 minutes in the drive thur just to get a bag of food that was overcooked and cold. Driving away I reached into the bag to find exactly what I've described in this review. I continued on my journey home. I will say I tried my best to eat the food even in the condition it was in I was hungry. I'll come again, cause I like Wendy's and I've been to this place many times in the past and had excellent food and service. I know a lot of this is due to the circumstances that we've all been faced with over the last couple of years. I only ask this one thing. If this is how the work environment is for now then make quality #1 regardless of the speed/efficiency. I promise this, more people will have greater respect for your business and will continued to come and enjoy your food. Thanks
Got a small frosty instead of the Medium I ordered. They replaced. Got a Burnt Crispy Chicken sandwich. Drink selections are empty. Chicken nuggets seemed over cooked. Might be the oil. Lobby not swept.
I don't usually do these but I was so very disappointed in my lunch today I have to mention it. I went at 11 am and I think I got last night's leftovers. I ordered a medium chicken combo and paid $9.28. Fries were half full of little bits of lukewarm crunchy bits, sandwich lukewarm with wilted lettuce and mushy tomato. Very disappointing. Last lunch at Wendy's for me.
25 minutes in the drive through with only 2 cars ahead at the speaker you order at. Wife called wanting a cheese fry before I got to window to pick up food. Could not accommodate and had to pull over in the lot and go inside. Took another 15 minutes to get the fries with no one at the counter ahead of me.
Was supposed to had honey mustard in the bag but there wasn't any. no one would come back to the window so we could get any. we pulled up to the door and tried to go in and get some but it was locked so we backed up again to the window even blowed the horn! No one ever came so we didn't get any honey mustard. The the fries were cold and the chicken wasn't that great ! very disappointing !
Inexplicably rude staff. Argued with me about what I ordered. The young lady in the drive thru window and 'Joe' took great pains to tell me how to order a plain hamburger with just mayo - ok, I get it, I didn't speak plainly enough when I ordered but why the attitude?
I got the classic chicken sandwich and it was good; but with them being short staffed like everybody else, it took longer and was not quite as fresh. However, they were doing the best they could and were very pleasant.
Get some help! I understand the help situation, but if I can't get fresh food after sitting in line for 30 minutes, that's ridiculous. I used to work here years ago and it was awesome! It's ashame.
Lady at the register doped out of her mind manager is clueless. Couldn’t even take our order because they were too busy staring at their cell phone. Too lazy to put a tray down so set our meal on the counter. Pathetic
Horrible service today 1-1-21…. Food is awful, my spicy chicken is burnt and taste like rubber tire. This Wendy’s has been going downhill for awhile now
