this use to be the best wendys in town.. they close at 12 am not 2 an.. lot of time when I go thru, they don't have it, they just run out but mostly the system is down.. set and watched them turn away 6 cars one night, between 12 am - 12:30 am but they don't have enough business to stay open after 12 am.. save ur time , go to the one on 18

The service at lunch is absolutely horrible for inside dinning. They take one order and wait! Stood in line for 30 minutes before giving up and just leaving. It may only be $13but they will never get it and won't take family there either!

The food was so good! Y'all were busy but it went quick! Its nice for the food to be worth what it's costing

Normally this place is good and customer service is alright, however tonight and a few nights ago was the worst customer service we’ve experienced there. The manager (an African American male) was super rude and had an awful attitude. The second he answered the speaker he had an attitude. He yelled at us to pull up after we had already done so. There was plenty of room for the cars to pass. We pulled where we normally do if asked to wait and he stuck his head out of the drive thru window and had an attitude telling us to “move out of the way” (his exact words). Very rude and unprofessional…just uncalled for. A few nights before it was the same manager with the same nasty attitude. My boyfriend had ordered a 10 piece spicy nugget and a small drink. When the order was given to us it was a few spicy nuggets and the rest were regular. His excuse was that they “ran out of nuggets”..so you just throw in random stuff without letting the customer know or asking them!? I know it’s just nuggets but it’s still rude not to even think to let the customer know. Not to mention 1 small ranch cup for 10 nuggets and fries!? And then if asked for extra they just give 1 more and have an attitude about it when it was clearly asked for at the speaker. One other time we ordered a two 10 piece nuggets (making it 20) and some fries. They completely left out one of the 10 pieces and we had to go back around and wait in the long line for our nuggets which they made us pull up and wait for after we had done waited the first time around. They also charged us for a drink that we didn’t order. Some of the nuggets have been cold as well as the fries being soggy, cold and unsalted…unacceptable.

No service waited in drive thru twenty minutes and when it was our turn to order they come over the speaker and say we're closed. Saw someone looking to see how many cars were left in line could have let me know then they were closing won't go back

I dunno what to say that’s not already been said in the past reviews… It’s just sad. When you get chicken nuggets and the texture and warmth are comparable to gravel, you have problems. When you get a burger and its soaked through the bun and wax paper with condiments to the extent that you don’t have to chew (dissolves like a saltine cracker in water) , you’ve got problems. The plus side, the fries were hot and the drinks were cold!

This is the one Wendy's I had not been to, it's out of my way usually and I expected it to be like the others here. But I was surprised. This is honestly the first Wendy's I have been to that had fries with a crisp. Others I had been too had wimpy fries, soft or soggy, even if I asked for them fresh. The food came out fast and fresh, no taste or feel of having been made from staged food. I will not mind the extra drive to go here again to get a Dave's Triple again.

Dude was trying to take my order and misunderstood me and someone with another mic got on the intercom and was loud and rude. Food was cold. Y’all need to take a look at your staff and make sure they are respectful to customers who are paying for a service. Never going back ?? And whoever that woman was probably the manager. Who ever owns the place needs some serious in depth training when it comes to hiring individuals for a job. ??

Ordered 4 frosties from the drive thru after eating dinner at home. Drive thru line was very long and moved slowly. However, we were in no hurry and enjoyed singing Christmas songs while we waited to place our order. Once at the pick up window, our order came out quickly and correctly. The frosties were delicious!

Today almost 30 minutes ago I placed an order and when I got home the whole order was as cold as the drink. I called to complain I was calm the manager then hung up in my face during my complaint. I called back and began to state my issue again and asked for her name. She then hung up in my face again. I will not be back I don't care what kind of day you are having. I am a customer and your suppose to leave that at the door when arriving at work.
