Awesome breakfast with good servers and cooks! ?
The staff was wonderful. Our waitress was on top of everything and the food was excellent. we stop in for breakfast every time on our way home from Mooresville back to Tennessee.Darrell H.
Worst experience tonight, waitress took 20 mins to bring drinks, forgot to put in order with the cook til she gave us our drinks, forgot utensils, and when we were almost done with our meal the waffles came. Mean while the other waitress was sitting on tables trying to figure out how to write customers checks out, while the manager on duty only popped out of office to do paperwork never checked or helped staff out.

I think it’s ridiculous that they turn away people for ToGo orders! It’s not even the servers that do it, it is the cooks. How is it any different if I take my food to go or sit down and eat it in the restaurant??? You still have to cook the food?!?
My wife and I visited this location tonight because we love waffle house, but tonight the staff was just overwhelmed. One of the employee I believe her name is Wendy just stood around while the cook was struggling. There are two grills yet, only one was on and the restaurant was full of customers.. are they too lazy to clean the grill? Let's just let the customer suffer...I believe everything cooks in less than 5 min yet we waited 35 min for our food. Three customers left because they waited too long and didnt even get their food. Waffle House can be so good but they missed the mark on this visit. I wonder if its like this all the time.

Dakota was the best! Mary was my gf though. Quick food and warm weather cooked to perfection. LOVED IT
They were very busy when I arrived and the lady ringing up an order took my order at the same time and was a quick in and out. They know what the people want. Great service and good people.
Eggs were under cooked and had to wait 30 mins for our gravy and biscuits and so we ate everything else untill it was ready then wasn't even able to eat them as they were just nasty.....id spend my money else where if you want a good meal!
