If you’re in a rush, you’re better off going and sitting in the line. It makes no difference if you order on the app or sit in line because the wait time is all the same. I ordered three items 20 mins prior to going to pick my food up, giving them around 30 mins. When I got there, the line was full. I waited and still never received my food and multiple cars that pulled in after me had done got there food and left. I do not recommend this place if you’re in a hurry, ESPECIALLY do not recommend ordering on the app because they don’t make it in the order it was acquired but make it when you arrive!
It seems every single time I go to this fast food restaurant, I either have missing items, or I receive everything I order but half of the food is either missing ingredients or just simply lack the proper amount of ingredients or a combination of both meaning missing items and ingredients.Not only does this store seem to have a issue with getting orders right and putting the proper amount of ingredients on the food, EVERY time I get hard tacos, they end up being soggy by the time I get home (which is only 2 miles away) or I get soft tacos that are so wet that they stick to the wrapper, if they don’t stick it’s like eating wet bread and meatI added 3 pictures from my order that I paid 22 dollars for which included 4 soft tacos, 4 Doritos locas tacos and 2 cheesy rolls.I couldn’t get pictures of all the tacos but the ones I did you you can clearly see that not only do my soft tacos seem to be missing lettuce and cheese but they have a excessive amount of meat. The one that’s unopened is to show the wrapper and how soaking wet it is. The picture does not capture it well but the taco is also soggy to the touch. My husbands Doritos tacos were supposed to be surpremes, but the only surpreme part of the tacos was the rear end where all the sour cream was. My sons cheesy rolls were cold to touch and none of the cheese was melted.As a former employee, I know how my food should be made, and expect my food to be made properly especially when paying a little over 22 dollars.
5/14/22 10:10pm. Kid working the drive thru was obviously on drugs. High as a kite, he gave me the wrong order (totally understand, things happen) asked him to get me the correct order and he was so stoned he just stared at me. When I told the manager, she acted like she really didn't care. I get staffing issues, but this is a bit pathetic.
Taco Bell in Morganton NC is absolute the worst fast food restaurant ever. Ordered our food in the drive thru. We got half of our order. We went in and they completed our order with the wrong itemsWe went back in again and they succeeded in making the wrong food again. The food was wrong put together very sloppy and the workers were very very rude. The food was so bad we threw it away and went to McDonald's where everything was perfect. WE WILL NEVER GO TO TACO BELL AGAIN
I really really hate to give a review like this because I know that there are staffing shortages everywhere. I’m also aware I’m here right at the peak dinner crowd but no joke I’ve been waiting half an hour for 3 tacos. That’s not acceptable. I’m sorry.

I sat in this drive through line for over 15 minutes. 17 MINUTES! No cars are moving. Fast food is supposed to be fast but the 2 cars in front of me and 4 behind me are stuck in line and can’t leave (bec it’s a drive through). That’s an issue. I stopped for quick meal bec I work late hours and am not pleased with this service.
Had to wait about 10 minutes for my order to be taken when there was only one other person inside. Then two guys came in behind me and ordered theough the digital machine on the wall (I couldnt do this due to using cash) and their order was prepared in front of mine. Seems they are only concerned with beating the clock on drive thru and digital orders. Then they did not cut any of the 4 chicken quasaudeas unto sections, which when eating while traveling is a big deal.
