My wife did an online order for dinner tonight. She ordered a foot long meatball sub and when she got home & checked the sub, it had a total of 3 meatballs on the entire foot long sandwich. Very disappointing…
Some may think that not accepting coupons isn’t a big deal. However, what that says to me is the owner of this franchise is a cheapskate. They would rather have the extra $2 in their pocket than potentially have a loyal customer come back. Well, I can say with all honesty that it’s enough for me to never return back to this subway. The subway corporation shouldn’t allow a franchise owner to not accept company coupons. When you have a franchise, you are representing that company and their standards. Shame on you owner, whoever you are, for being so greedy.
My sand wich feel apart as soon as i started eating it. I had the roasted chick. Ive ate there many times. First time i wasn't pleased. You can do better Subway!

As an independent franchise owner myself I understand the decisions that could lead to cost cutting measures. Coupons at a nationally recognized food chain should always be accepted. If I get a coupon for a $2off a sandwich in the mail, then go to the restaurant because of the meal; should I not be frustrated when they don't accept the coupon? I feel rather "hustled" in this moment. To the franchise owner: "stop husteling people bro". I'm not gonna not get pay for it and let it go bad but, come on man.

I waited in line behind 4 ppl. When I got to order. They put a call in order ahead of me. They was on sandwich number 7 when I walked out.
