The food and service were as good as ever at this particular Subway.

I was thoroughly impressed with the way the staff worked as a team to make things move lightning fast. The food was excellent and everything was well stocked.FYI: This location does not accept coupons if that effects you.
This subway is the best in the area, has the friendliest crew. It is hard to brag about the food when it has a fresh reputation preceeding it. This location seems to be the best when it comes to loading the subs just as you describe and the cookies here are the closest to perfect out of any other Subway in the area.

So Subway sends out all these coupons for their subs. My wife took my son to the Subway by Rose's in Morganton to get a sub. He gets subs there all the time. He took a coupon and was told they don't except coupons. All the ones in Morganton to Rutherford College are owned by the same person and they don't honor coupons. Really great way to appreciate your customers. He turned around and walked out. Won't get my business anymore. That's real greed.
Got a veggie sandwich and the girl didn’t change gloves after touching meatballs with her gloves and kept touching. Unhygienic, unapologetic and didn’t even offer to make a new one. Wouldn’t recommend won’t come back to this location.
Gave the lady working a paper that had everything wrote down and still she messed it up there's no oil and vinegar no salt n pepper no oil. No banana peppers bread was stale and she was actually quite rude will not be returning back to this restaurant and I'm usually there at least 2 xs a week. Very disapointed
