Friendly, helpful, got everything correct in order and they gave out puppies 2 pup cups. Super sweet of them... they do make some of the best coffee drinks around town
We stopped by the drive thru on the way back from TN and I left compelled to brag on Blake. I've been going to Starbucks for a long time but have never seen the positive energy and smiles shine through as bright as they did today at this location. What a great experience! Go see Blake!
The store manager - blonde guy- is a bully to young staff. He is extremely critical of staff and does not show concern to perform managerial coaching or counseling in private but instead in front of customers and other employees. As a customer, I was very uncomfortable watching a young girl berated behind the counter. Good drinks, good food, good service otherwise- manager your managers.
Location is clean and the service was good. They have a drive-thru. But I went in to use the bathroom and between the two bathrooms there was no toilet paper. When I went up to tell the cashier, she just laughed and said that happens a lot. Here's some advice Starbucks, if that happens a lot you need to check the bathrooms more often. Nobody likes to go to the bathroom only to find out there's no toilet paper. Ask me how I found out that both restrooms didn't have toilet paper.
So happy we have a Starbucks in Sylva. Staff is super friendly and store is very clean.
Went by today and Blake at the drive thru was AMAZING he had the greatest energy! He said he just started but he did a AWESOME job!

The girl at the window was super sweet and welcoming! I don't remember her name but it was Easter 2022 around 1 pm and she had short curly hair :)
I love getting coffee and food here. Only thing I don't like is it's on LR Blvd and gets so busy that it's hard to get into and out.
Need to work on speed. Waited over 10 minutes for a coffee. It wasn't because of short staff either. There were 6 employees but only 1 was working on orders for inside. There were 2 employees just standing after drive thru line was vacant. They need teamwork.
