Service was slow. Wait was long. Latte was ok. They didn't offer scan to pay that was offered on the Starbucks app.

I love visiting this Starbucks! Christina always greets me with a smile. When she makes my coffee it is always perfection.

Not only was the coffee delicious but the customer service provided by April was excellent.
They put a notice’ away for 15 minutes ‘ and we had to wait for 1 hour. And we see the all the staff roaming around even after we ask it’s more than 15 minutes.
It's hit or miss for me personally. Most drinks are underwhelming, but the food is above the McDonalds next door. Expect to shell out a fair bit of cash for everything on their menu and lower your expectations before you get it. The staff are always great though, even on dreary mornings.
Definitely has improved from last time I came. Much more cleaner and better employees. I love how they try and make conversation with me. As a customer it makes us want to come back more.
It's a Starbucks in ingles. Coffee was as good as was to be expected.
