I had the cheeseburger, fries, Pepsi, and a slice of strawberry rhubarb pie. The burger was your average burger, not much flavor but decent size. The fries were the best part of the meal....fried to perfection, hot and delicious. Now, the pie.....absolutely horrible. The crust was soggy and burnt at the same time. Not good at all. I would definitely come back and plan to try other things cause I love the building and setup.
When I first tried silver Creek I got the chicken and dumplings and OMG THEY WERE FANTASTIC!! And when I came back in again they didn't have them anymore at that time and so I ordered Chicken tenders and they were out of this world!!!! I come here a lot and I will definitely be back! I 100% RECOMMENDED SILVER CREEK!
Silver Creek is good food, if you like livermush and country food! You can tell it's small town and you can tell it's family owned and that's part of the charm.
First time eating here and the burgers were good. Fries were kinda cold and look at the hotdog picture. Not to nice looking.
Very disappointing. Had a 1/4 lb cheeseburger with fries. The fries were good. The hamburger was awful-cooked way past well done, dried out and tasted awful. Not sure if I'd ever go back.
Asked/paid for chili cheese fries and got fries on a plate with melted shredded cheese, was missing another order of fries and asked for Dr. Pepper and got Pepsi instead. 1st and last time. �
Simple, straightforward,food. No frills. Chicken salad like my mother used to make and a friendly staff. Open on Sunday afternoons, which is great when I am running errands in the neighborhood on the weekend. I love that it is not a franchise and is run by a local family. I try to stop by every time I am in Morganton.

Went through the drive thru on Jan 8 2022 at 7pm ish and we wanted some dessert. Pulled up to the speaker and asked if they had a certain dessert still that was on the menu. After waiting for a minute or so and not hearing anything I asked if anyone was still there. Rudely I was told that they were still waiting on me to order and I replied that I was waiting to hear back if they still had what I asked about. I was told rudely again “ I told you already we didn’t have it” I replied that I never heard that and was told again rudely “sorry”. So I said nevermind and drove off for dessert at another restaurant. Girl obviously had an attitude so I took my business elsewhere.
