Unacceptable! Either the pizza was dropped at the store in the box or in the delivery car. Pizza was folded and cheese was all stuck to the top of the box or completely off of the pizza crust. It looked like a whole mess. If you drop the pizza then do right and make another one.. maybe it’s time to give another pizza place a shot. Disappointed for the last time
Did not expect the pepperoni loaded NY Style pizza as shown in photo. The pizza we got was good, just disappointingly not great.
I ordered online at 4pm. The online tracker stated 40 minutes. I called at 4:42pm and was told the driver was out to deliver. I live 5 minutes away. I got a notification at 4:52pm stating it was on its way. I called the store at 5:12pm. They didn't know where he might be. Delivery FINALLY arrived at 5:16pm.

It lacks pizza sauce, cheese, and as for the crust on the top was to much An inch between pizza and end of crust.
Wonderful helpful staff, I do wish when you call in your order that you talk to someone that works at the local Papa John's but you now get sent to a call center! Makes ordering a pizza way more time consuming, but the food makes up for it,lol Yummy!!
Our first online delivery was exceptional. The food was great. Second time, not so much. My papadilla was so over cooked most of the creamy filling was cooked away. I was really disappointed but will give them another shot.

The only good experience for this location is getting pies from the lady out by the bank on Mondays. The rest of the week if we want pizza we go somewhere else. The staff inside are unprofessional and downright rude. It's just as close to go to the store down in Drexel and receive alot better service.
