We live in Florida and came here for lunch fell in love! Service was amazing the server Caleb was knowledgeable and super friendly and food was fresh and top notch! We couldn’t wait to get back to NC to get it again!! We called in a order today and again Caleb was just amazing on the phone as he was in person!!!
Updated review: My first time there I was accidentally overcharged for my 14" pizza. I was very happy with the food and service however was a little surprised about the difference in pricing. The owners were quick to reach out to me and work with me to fix the issue and wanted to make things right. Shows to me that they care about their customers' experience so it's safe to say that I'll be going back and bringing friends/family next time!
Very friendly staff! Cool place. Love the open space and that it’s on the second floor. Everyone seems extremely attentive to their jobs and customers..Exceptional atmosphere. Lonni is a sweet heart! Will be back when I travel back three!
Great pie. The ingredients are fresh, and the crust is excellent. The sides and salads are on point, and the craft beer selection is superb. Combine all that with great service and you get full marks.
This place is great! Very spacious dining with an exceptionally well crafted vibe. If your seeking fresh ingredients, copious cheese paired with fast and friendly service then this is your spot. The vibe here is friendly and chill. My only regret is that I don't live closer to be able to enjoy this place more often. 10/10
I'm glad to hear that Moondog is under new ownership. Moodog is a pizza place I've always wanted to love, but their inconsistencies and very long wait time were a turn off. Looking forward to supporting the new owners at the restaurant and at the local breweries they are now delivering too!

Great pizza and service every time. Tonight they were short staffed with one server and she was literally running around to keep up with the tables, bartending and even carry out. Despite this she had a great mood about it and our experience was like every other time my family has eaten there, Excellent. Definitely one of our favorite places here in Morganton.
Although this isn't the first time I have visited and received poor customer service, it will be my last visit. Unfortunately, customers do not take to well to their waitress rolling their eyes at them when requesting to sit at a table instead of the bar. I was not told the bar was the only available seating (there were many available), so I requested a table. The waitress then said the bar would be preferable as they closed in 30 minutes. When I asked to sit at a table instead, the waitress rolled her eyes. Next time just say you are only sitting the bar, don't give a customer and option and then act poorly about their choice. It's very rude and off putting. Not the right service to be in if your customer is not your top priority. I won't be back.Not to mention their sanitation score is a 91.
