Service was adequate but nothing special. My food was burned but I was hungry and ate it. First and last time regarding eating here
One waitress was drunk or high. Instead of management sending her home or taking her to an office she was taken to a corner near our booth and scolded by 3 other employees forover 30 minutes. The only other 2 waitress were in on the scolden so our service was TERRIBLE! We had no napkins & nobody offered to refill our drinks. We waited 30 minutes after our meal for the check and a to go box but they were all arguing. I honestly was so upset that I walked out for 15 more minutes. Only when my son came out to check on me did the staff notice we had gone outside. Then they came outside with our check. The Nacho Supreme was soggy and they forgot to put cheese on the taco. My daughter n law paid & tried to complain but the employee acted as though she didn't speak english. No apology for their drama. Just an awful experience. Worst run restaurant ever!

Don't have Door Dash as an Option if you're not gonna be responsible and give the right orders to the right people. I had to lose money on the Door Dash order because these incompetent owners/managers. Don't have a way to verify if it's the correct person getting the order. It's not a hard system to implement.***EDITThe manager stepped up and made the order by themselves after all the cooks left. So whoever that manger was thank you.... appreciate your hard work

Cheese dip came out very cold, had to get re-heated because it was clumped into a blob.( I hated having to ask) Then I guess they thought they were being cute and had everything else we ordered so hot that you couldn’t eat it for several moments. The best part is, the carnitas were beyond burnt and were inedible . This location was Habeneros for years and it basically has the same staff and a very similar menu. It stunk before the name was changed and they are continuing the tradition!
I placed a togo order for a pick 3 combo of chicken taco, chicken enchilada, and chile relleno with flan. Everything was extremely too salty and nothing had an authentic taste. I found hair in my salsa. The flan was watery as well. Not a good experience, would not recommend or go back.
