I stopped by for breakfast and a medium Ice Vanilla coffee this morning. I have to wait 5 mins on the other side for my drink and food. I ordered a biscuit with egg and cheese, but I only get a biscuit with egg no cheese. Not sure if I get charged for the price of with cheese. I didn't get a receipt for my order. I feel like almost every time I go to this McDonald, most of the time my order is rarely satisfy my needs, but because it is near my work place so I have no choice to go to the other one.
The only reason I braved to eat there was because Carolina diner took our order but never brought it and Crackle Barrel brought my steak burnt in parts and so covered in salty BP went up 12 points from 1 big over cooked bite and I was given the wrong sides.So I ate McDonald's because they where open and 10 minutes later was popping Dramamine
Ridiculous. It’s the only word to describe it. I was in drive thru for over 20 minutes. Cars backed up everywhere. And I get to the pay window and there were 5 employees standing in the background talking. One was a shift manager. When I pull up to the next window he appears with 4 more employees talking, laughing, cutting up. One was drinking a bottle of water. There was no urgency. No need to help speed the lines up. Seven people standing in this area and only the girl employee that handed me my food was doing anything. So they had the necessary people to do the work. I did t even get a receipt ; which I’m sure is because they don’t want a poor review or complaints. I fully understand there is a shortage of help. But witnessing the lack of effort prompted this review. I went to a Wendy’s recently to which the manager was the ONLY employee that evening and I got my order FASTER! Ridiculous
They didn’t have my order correct. They left my 2 quarter pounders out of my order after I paid for them. I didn’t get a receipt.Lady in the blue shirt got hateful with me & said the employees running the drive thru put my whole order in the bags. I was lying about that.Employees are hateful & very disrespectful. They need new management & employees that will work.
The experience was different as no one was available to tell you to order online. We stood like “Classical Conditioning” taught us waiting. They need help! (People are unwilling to make small amounts of $)The entire order took 25 minutes as we waited for someone to assist in preparing our food. Please go thru the drive thru if possible. If this the new fast food platform, we are in trouble.
I was in the drive thru line and my car stopped and went dead. The manager Coleman Ledford and his helper Victor helped me move the car out of the way and offered to jump my battery. When we opened the hood it was obvious that the battery cord was loose. Both gentlemen were so helpful and then Coleman went and got me a new order that would be hot! I was so impressed with their concern and helpfulness. Thanks so much !
I love coming to McDonald’s but since when do y’all only give burnt McChickens? I’ve came there 3 times because I’m new to Morganton and each time I’ve came and ordered the exact same thing the chicken was burnt through and through and frankly, I don’t enjoy burnt chicken that much.
Ordered a fish sandwich with cheese and tartar sauce- cheese was melted off the fish and other bun and had a small dab of tartar sauce. Not a great experience.
This McDonald's needs to slow down and take time to listen to the word that come out of their customers mouths. I repeated my order three times and when I got to the pay window it wasn't right. They are quick to correct it without hassle.
The food is absolutely terrible. I drove 9 hours, walked inside and made my order. I ordered a Crispy Chicken Deluxe. THE CHICKEN ITSELF WAS BLACK LIKE IT WAS OVERCOOKED!!! I spoke with the manager on shift, and she got an attitude with me very quickly. She also muttered something under her breath and refused to make the transaction right. DO NOT COME HERE, THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS VERY BADLY.
