If negative stars was possible I would give it. I ordered a half gallon of SWEET TEA!!!!!! I got a half gallon of UNSWEETENED TEA!!!! So I call back and tell them what happened and was told that they had been out for a while and wouldn’t have any for the rest of the day. So they thought it would be a good idea to give UNSWEET TEA to me!! That was a $3.50 half gallon and now I have to wait a whole day to go get it. Food was great tho…

Bad customer service, food was not much better. I ordered a curbside order through Grubhub. Employees refused to bring it to me curbside or give it to me through the drive through. Apparently it wasn't worth their time to take a nearly $70 order to my car. I went inside and was able to see the 92 sanitation score and employees that do not know how to serve customers well. And to top it off they were out of biscuits at 6PM at night. Doubt I'll be back. I hope the owners see to it that this place improves.
They were super nice and fast. Food was excellent
We arrived late but the employee stayed open an extra minute and we had freshly prepared food with friendly employees.. hungry skiers give you many thumbs up..well done!
The food is good. I had to wait about 8 minutes for my food. It was liver Wednesday and they were waiting on them to cook. At least they were hot.
It was ok , but the food was Luke warm , I give the staff A for attitude, they where really nice , but when it comes to the food it was not the best , I believe it set to long in the Food bin.

The quality of the food here is typically pretty good but like a lot of places they are definitely having issues with staff. It is visible. On a few occasions I've entered the store and the cashier taking orders doesn't even acknowledge that you have walked up. They acknowledge you when they're ready. There are a few individuals though that seem to take their job seriously and do a great job at customer service. The restaurant could be a five as far as drive-thru service if customer service were improved.
It is KFC, the most popular and well known fried chicken place ever. The food was fresh and how, got through the drive through quickly. I just wish the dining room had been open. I also wish the legs were bigger like they used to be, but that is not the fault of the workers here, very friendly people.
