Great food, excellent service, and very clean environment.We stopped in and grabbed a quick breakfast before we went shopping. Our cashier was quick to take our order, and while we we're making our coffee, she brought our food out too our table. Some of the best biscuits & gravy, I've had in a long time.
First time customer at this Hardee's location. Great job ,the service was excellent and so was the food. It was hot and very fresh. The restaurant was clean and was the bathroom. I highly recommend this Hardee's location and I will definitely be back.
Manager/shift leader was extremely rude to employee when we offered to take our tray of food. But the manager/shift leader was extremely rude to him and told him he was going to do it in front of customers. The food was good.
Bought pork grave bisc. And left. It had never touched the gravy, about 1/4 tea spoon was put on the biscuit and sooo dry. Took it back and they acted like I was stupid. It was replaced with 1/3 lb hamburger that was so dry that you couldn't bite through it. I will not be back. Also 2 employees were bickering and one yelled at the manager. She handled it well but I would have fired them on the spot. No manager should have to take that.
Gotta be honest....Hardee's has slipped. I could post a photo of the burger I just got, but it would just gross you out. Nasty is a word I think is appropriate.
I've always loved this Hardees, this morning had breakfast and there is the prettiest stray cats I ever saw. I asked if they was strays they said yeah and there is a box of food over there, if anyone goes here often they really need sardines and tuna the black one looks sick! But God bless the workers there so sweet and don't have to do it but they try!!
Ordered 3 burger combos all the fries were old, the burgers were flattened like pancakes. Most of the workers were going to a car beside the drive through even the women who took the order.
Got a gravy biscuit with tots. Pretty good. Could've been hotter though. They seemed short staffed, but nearly everywhere is so..... Overall descent. A little too pricy for the food I got..
Waited forever in drive-thru, got are food and it was all wrong, they didn't even pick my daughters food in the bag, then all 3 of the burgers didn't even taste right, they was very nasty and not even made right. ? never will go back.
Do not go to Morganton Hardee's. The one on highway 64. Every employee there looks nasty! The one n drive thru has needle n track marks all over his arms. They were told 3seperate times I needed cream n sugar for my coffee n I get nothing. I order ed 2 biscuit n gravy n get no forks or anything else. AND they were both LEAKING gravy n had gravy on everything n the bag . This is the worst Hardee's you could ever go to. We stopped because it should have been convenient but instead it's caused more problems than anything.
