Good food, nice people. But don't trust them to prepare food for an event that is important to you! I placed and paid for my Thanksgiving catering order from them on 11/17, a full 8 days prior to Thanksgiving, just as I did last year. Reciept, confirmation, and pick up time in hand I go to pickup the order. They don't have my order. As a matter of fact, they weren't even doing catering today except for turkeys. Now mind you that did not prevent them from accepting my order, taking my paymnet, and confirming my order for pickup. So after a few phone calls, it is at least confirmed that I do have an order and somehow on their end they shouldn't have taken the order. Now in the 8 days between placing my order and the scheduked pickup, a call telling me this would have been fine. But here it is Thanksgiving day and the meal I paid for is no where to be found. But hey at least I have their apologees and the promise of a refund next week. Never again will I do business with any of their locations. If only we could have apologees and future refunds for dinner lol. Totally inexcusable and the most inexcusable part is the fact that they offered to do absolutely nothing to help me find a solution to the problem their ineptitude created.

Had to wait on potatoes, even got pulled up for them and still yet only had about 8 in the bowl. Ordered sweet tea and was even wrong up sweet but still yet got unsweetened tea (not the first time at the same location). The cheesy Gordita crunch well let’s see…not even a full scoop of beef about 5 strings of lettuce and maybe a total of 4 broken and really small pieces of cheese. So yep that’s all 3 items I ordered. When I called back all the girl said was “well sorry” thanks Taco Bell on springs road
If I could not give them a star I definitely would but that isn't an option. The most unprofessional, rudest, and undermining staff I've ever experienced. Lied about making the food fresh and HOT to order and then to top things off argued with me over the phone instead of accepting her mistakes and letting me return the food for a new meal or a refund or an apology for her horrific attitude. Called customer service multiple times and no one could give me a solution to my problem, gave out incorrect information, incorrect email to contact supervisors. By far the worst experience ever.
KFC on Burkemont Ave - cashier who handled money was reaching for my food and I asked him to please change gloves before handling my food after taking my money as well as several other customers money, he did change his gloves. There were at least 6 people working in the kitchen but the cashier must have been in some management position because he was also trying to train another staff member. Service was very slow for the eat in customers, drive thru was moving quickly. Handling money and then food items with the same gloves is just gross!!!!
Taco bell KFC in Cherryville is the worst restaurant I've ever dealt with wrong order after calling 15 times finally someone who claimed they was a manager answer refused to admit they messed up a simple order 45 minutes and no food! Don't waste your time and money !
