There is a certain female employee that works here that is absolutely rude and unprofessional. She got an attitude the second I walked in the door and acted like she didn’t want to take my order.
I remember when Dunkin Donuts baked fresh donuts right in the store. It seems as if they get shipped in and you can tell the difference. They're not bad but just not the same.
Service was very friendly and fast. My coffee drink was really good. The place was very clean and they have a 100 score for cleanliness. Excellent!
Drive through took priority over walk in order. Food and coffee taste subpar compared to other Dunkin's. Restrooms clean and private.
We placed a delivery order for Father's Day. It arrived unsealed & no receipt. In our opinion, the food was mishandled & unsanitary to eat as with no seal on the food , anyone could have touched our food. Father's Day was ruined. Will not be purchasing fron any Dunkin Donuts in the future.
Love coming into this Dunkin' location. I come in several times, and always experience the friendliest service. My food is always fresh, my drinks are always made right, and the apple fritters are so good. This store is always clean. This is the best Dunkin' staff --- Ashley, Paris, Kaden, Taylor, Alexia, Desiree, and Olga.******Update******I will never again buy anything from this franchise owner's Dunkin' locations. When I found out that Paris and Kaden quit, they lost my business. 2 of the best employees that they could've ever asked for. They always had a smile on their face, and made sure my order was right. It truly saddens me when someone lets a coin run their life. These employees are what made the business. Since they're no longer there, I feel that this Dunkin' will go down hill.
Stopped here for coffee in the morning. No problems. Typical Dunkin. Staff was friendly and professional. Service was fast and accurate.
Excellent service! Greeted me as I walked inside the door. They are very polite and friendly. I highly recommend you try Dunkin’ in Morganton. Your company is really bless to have great employees like Kaden and Gillian. Their personalities makes me keep going back!
I typically love Dunkin' donuts coffee however I'm not in love with this location I have stopped there about 3 times now and every experience has been lacking my my 1st time there I had rude service and my order was wrong my 2nd time there I witnessed the lady operating the drive-through window get into a verbal altercation with a customer behind me Once again my coffee order was wrong but my food order was correct this time the woman operating The drive-through window was unfriendly ring up a signature latte but however gave me a regular latte and my wake up rap was not cooked the tortilla was cold and the cheese was unmelted.. I think from now on when I am heading in this direction I will stop off at exit 105 and spend the extra money to go to Starbucks where at least they get my order correct.
Tried again and they did good. Less hassle with getting the order correct and kinder service than previous days. Upped the stars. Keep at it Dunkin.Previous:They don’t understand the concept of “extra bacon please” yet we keep getting charged extra for a rather pathetic amount. When compared to the Dunkin’s in other states, my experiences have been rather disappointing. I gave them several shots, but it’s not improving.
