My wife and I used to be regulars, but lately we haven't had a good experience in months. I try it occasionally to see if things have changed. My waitress greeted me with a laundry list of foods they were out of. Why someone didn't go across the street and buy groceries I don't understand. No butter,blueberries, regular coffee, swiss cheese, etc. etc. Again Won't be back for awhile!
Had not been to a Dennys in several years. Now I remember why, and I will not be going there again. There was a sign posted on the door listing all of the food items they did not have. I should have left right then but gave it a shot anyway. I ended up with country fried steak, mashed potatoes, salad, sourdough bread, and coffee. Took a ridiculously long time to get my food; I was about to leave when it was brought to my table. Country fried steak was cooked so hard I could barely cut it, and I tried to remove as much breading as possible. Mashed potatoes were too thin, and bread (which came way after the other food) ended up being dry toast with butter. Best parts of the meal were the salad and coffee. Manager spent a lot of time on the phone with her district manager (I know because she told the few customers who were there) about some issue instead of seeing to good customer service. I regret I did not leave and go elsewhere when I started to. I will not be returning.

The quality of the food was great. It was fresh most important. The restaurant was short on several items and side items but due to the economy and the pandemic and everything that's going on it's to be understood. With that said the quality of food was great. They were short staffed made every attempt take care of the customers. Their struggles are like most these days with trying to find quality help.
We just finished a bridal Expo at Hidden Hill. Wanted to stop in for quick meal before heading home. We waited at the door for 11 minutes WITH NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT at all. 2 young guys were working. They were chit chatting but not even a HELLO. always a favorite stop for my husband if were in the area.
Service was good! Food was pitiful! I literally watched cook prepare one thing at a time. Took us 45 mins to get our food!!!! The food was absolutely disgusting. One bite out of our cheeseburgers and I about threw up. I'm pretty positive ground beef was spoiled before he grilled. French fries was cold! Manager was cool she took burgers off our ticket! Place was outdated and not the cleanest!!! I will never eat here again!!!!!
Meh...food is ok, nothing special and usually a bit over cooked. They charged us for each drink refill. I had hi-c to drink and they had so much ice in the cup that there were only 3 or 4 drinks of actual beverage. So with 2 refills (they refilled before the cup was empty) my drink cost $7.50. That is nothing short of absolutely ridiculous! They were out of many menu items. I had a similar experience the last time we ate there about 2 years ago. Now I remember why we didn't eat there for so long. Sometimes you just need a reminder.
My wife and I came in today around 8:30am. Waitress was nice, but service was SLOW. The Waitresses carrying plate after plate out. We Finally were served our food at 9:17am. Watching the cooks move slowly through the kitchen. It didn't help when some lady stopped in and started talking to them. Also that the older man was talking to a family, looked related, the first 10 minutes we were here. Waitresses can't get cooks to answer them. And Manager comes out when cooks are Way behind. Food was okay. Toast little burnt. Ham was rubbery. Wife says we won't be back.
Food was good but there was literally only the server and the cook. They were both nice but were backed up due to staffing. Thisnis a Denny's issue as they should have closed up. Employees said they were forced to pull a double. If you have issues keeping staff, don't abuse the ones still around.
Great breakfast foods. A large array of breakfast items to choose from. Although short staffed in, our wait was very short and our waitress was very nice and gave us great service.
