Terrible!!! No dining room? Just a pickup window and no restroom???? Please! And the people working here couldn't even count change back even when the amount was right there in front of them! They shorted us $1. Also, we had to drive somewhere to find a nice spot to eat and really, htf are you supposed to eat coleslaw with no effing fork??? We are no longer Cook Out customers, sorry☹️
I've had the worst luck with this location. I usually get burgers but don't bother at this location as they are trash. When you forget someone's whole meal and other sides you offer vouchers. Do better
Tastes just like a burger off your backyard grill. Fresh toppings and tasty sides. Good milkshakes too
My food was great my husband's food was made with out Chilli he order a Chilli cheese ?. Employs really nice.
Most violent and painful food poisoning I have ever experienced. My roommate and I woke up at the same time to vomit and more. Woke up everyone else. I mean, this was almost scarring. I will definitely not be back to this location.
The food is typical fast food. Most of the time very fast service. I like the fact that you can go at 1:30am. I eat late night a lot and not many choices around here. Most of the time our orders are correct. But about 10% of our orders are not right or missing stuff, and you don't find out till you get home. The milkshakes are so thick you can drink them. If you ask them to mix them thin so you can drink it they tell you they can't. A milkshake is to drink, if you are going to get a cup of ice cream then call it a cup of ice cream. But if you want a quick meal late night this is the place.
Cookout is a wonderful family place to eat or just grab a meal for one. They have awesome shakes, fries, burgers, corndogs, very good sweet tea . They even have fried okra and squash, if your hungry stop bye I'm sure you will love it..
Food is typically fast and fresh but the quality level of the food you're receiving is kind of like grabbing something at the grocery store and throwing it in the deep fryer. Nothing special but it is fast and inexpensive.
The order was wrong. The waiting in line and than to take the food home and see that my husband's order was not correct and he went without eating with me due to it contained cheese and he is not able to have cheese his was just a plain hamburger with nothing at all but mustard. This is the 2nd mess up on our order. First was with a milk shake and burger that had coleslaw and all other stuff not even our order. Complaining later does no good. So changed to Leniir location much better service and accuracy.
Cook outs great .I love they were open late when everyone else was closed .MY FAVORITE IS THEIR PINEAPPLE MILKSHAKE I LOVE EATING IT WITH A SPOON .NICE AND THICK ?
