This place is very clean and have never had a single issue from the food, staff, or cleanliness of this restaurant. Much recommended for anyone. Always a friendly face no matter the service you choose!
This location is normally my location of choice until today. They forgot to give me 2 items and instead of refunding my money I was told I had 30 days to come and pick up my items. I wanted my items to go with my meal today, it does me absolutely no good to have to redeem them within 30 days. I should either be refunded or your employees should do their jobs correctly and pick the correct items for the order. Very very disappointing Chick Fil A, you don't go in business to steal from people, if you can not fulfill an order than the customer should be refunded plain and simple. If this happens again than the consumer protection agency will be notified to check up on your business practices. Moral of the story spend the extra time at the window and check your bags if you visit this location.
I'm done with Chick-fil-A.This particular store is clean, friendly and efficiently run, but Chick-fil-A sandwiches everywhere just aren't what they used to be. This was my final attempt to find a location that still made a fresh sandwich with that signature Chick-fil-A taste.But no, here the flavorless tough breast (or is it a single tender now?) covered less than half of a freezer-dried crumbly bun. Generic and bland, I can get far a better chicken sandwich elsewhere, Zaxby's among others. Which is what I'll be doing from now on.A brand can only coast on customer memories and goodwill for so long, and my patience has officially expired.
Chick filet, Morganton, Nc location, I have to say I was impressed, fresh food , and great customer service , I give a strong grade of excellence, no wonder their parking lot is pack .to the crew members there. I was amazed to see focus they are on serving their customers.This is the best I have ever seen in a fast food restaurant.
Sandwich, fries and tea were excellent but the chicken nuggets had a weird uncooked flavor to them. So I threw them out. I was only passing by so I didn't have time to go back to the line to request a refund.
Always clean restaurant and a great staff. My only complaint is Chick fil a needs to get regular tenders back. Not quite sure why they have spicy but not regular
So I love Chick-fil-A but I’ve had some experiences basically everytime I go they ALWAYS forget something and this place is too dang expensive to forget things I have very bad phone anxiety so I didn’t call but the first thing they forgot was my chicken strips then the second thing was my fries. That’s it but like the food is always hot and of course the line is always out to the road
Just wanted to give some appreciation to the cashiers & manager tonight, even after dealing with a Scrooge they still handled everything kind as always! Keep up the great work! ?
First time eating there. It was delicious. Chicken is nice and tender, juicy. Mac and cheese is great.
Want the jankiest chic-fil-a in America? Low and behold, this location is it. Come on in and get the experience you would normally get at Bojangles and Popeyes, but with the Lords chicken. Staff on their phones, staff eating and drinking behind the counter, and no smiles what so ever. I guess I have been spoiled by my experiences at other Chic-fil-a’s, but who hasn’t?
