The food is good, they serve Guinness (on tap!), and the staff is consistently prompt and very friendly. The only bad thing I can say is that the fact that they have TouchTunes is usually a waste of money. The volume gets cranked down so much that you can barely hear music you’ve paid credits for. I’ll give them kudos for turning it up when I ask about it, but 95% of the time, it’s hardly audible and not worth the hassle (or your credits). ? Full disclosure, it’s 80s hour when I take over the jukebox. But it’s the good stuff I swear! ?
Went in on a I busy Saturday at 2:00 waited 20 minutes before I finally decided to grab myself a beer… they didn’t even notice I had to tell them, then they got mad at me still didn’t serve me proceeded to say they was having a meeting. Me and my buddy saw the same people walk by At least 5 times, they told me I should’ve got someone’s attention… why must I get a waitress attention when it’s your job to serve people. There was 7 customers. Do better or shut down

Ok, I am gonna start off with the things Buffalo Wild Wings can work on. The establishment could use some cleaning. What self respecting Wing establishment uses bagged or bottled ranch. If it ain't homemade it ain't right. My daughter ordered a bacon cheese burger, we had to send out a search party for her bacon. My wife's Cobb salad wasn't anything to right home about. The tomatoes we not good, and the dressing again was horrible. The wings we ordered were ok. A little dry but ok. My favorite were the dry rubbed lemon pepper. I will say, the only reason Buffalo Wild Wings of Morganton got 3 stars is because of my service. Tesa you did a great job.
From the time we walk in to the time we leave, they are awesome and treat us like family. THE FOOD: when they bring it out to the table it is so so hot and if something is not up to par, then the manager takes care of it, IMMEDIATELY! So worth the 45 min drive even with the gas prices the way they are. Keep up the good work.
It was ok. Just wondering why the bartender carded me, full head if grey hair, my son with mostly grey hair, the guy that walked in later with definate age on him, but didn't card the 2 kids that came in that looked like they were skipping school and couldn't even grow a beard. She also didn't wash her hands before she reached in the limes to put some in a bowl for this other guy for his beer. She should have used a spoon to get the limes in the first place. And before you ask, yes, I have been a bartender. In a heavy metal bar.
My gut said go to Hickory...but nooo I chose this restaurant because it was closer. NEVER AGAIN. The food was ice cold. The fries look like they were from the day before. The traditional wings were undercooked and the boneless...SMH just disgusting.Next time I'm definitely going with my gut!!!!
Got take out! We didn’t receive most our dipping sauce or my husbands fries that was supposed to be with his burger!!! I didn’t even receive the extra ranch that I paid for!!! This is unacceptable! It’s not that hard to pack a Togo order and put all the things in the bag! This is twice BWW in Morganton has messed up my order! I will not return! Stop ripping people off and basically stealing their money!
Some of the staff are outstanding, others are not. We had the wings here once and they are the best we've had in the Morganton area so far. They're crispy outside and tender inside. That said, when we lived in Buffalo, the local Buffalo Wild Wings were not as good as they served us here in Motown.For Buffalo Bills fans, the outside patio is the place to be. A bunch of dedicated Bills fans, and KC, show up, in full garb, for every game. Fantastic time!
