Went to this location for a takeout order for lunch. My food was hot and fresh but most importantly the staff were very friendly and professional. Definitely going back to this location for when my craving for some chicken strikes me. Wish all restaurants had this type of service. Thank you and my God bless.
NOT going back. Only one grill working so our full order could not be completed. We did drive thru and my grilled chicken sandwich was served on a stale bun. The fries were cold & stale. No napkins or straws put in the bag. The worst BoJo experience I've ever had and I won't go back.
Food was very good and the service very friendly. The woman in front of me was particularly rude to the young lady at the register, and the young lady handled it very well!
Our chicken was old and dry. Hard to do that to dark meat. But they did it. Didn't realize until we got home. The staff was friendly. The store was clean. But if you can't enjoy the food. The rest doesn't matter.

Tremendously terrible customer service. I waited at the intercom for about 15 minutes and they weren't even short staffed. When I finally made it to the window I saw that the kitchen was fully staffed with a bunch of teenagers who were standing around talking and not doing their job. That's why it too so long. I advise the management to hire more competent workers because this is extremely unacceptable. No one should have to wait 30 minutes for their food. Thankfully, I don't eat fast food that often, and this food was for my mother, but still. To anyone who does eat fast food regularly, DONT COME HERE unless you're patient enough to wait forever on your food. I definitely won't be back here.
We waited at least 10 minutes for our order to be taken. Then we waited another 10 minutes or more to get our food. The food was good but it should not take that long to get your food. Another person got there before us and was still waiting on his food after we had eaten and were leaving.
The girl at the register was terribly rude to everyone while wiping her nose with her bare hand. Simple combo took over 20 minutes and food was cold and stale. The kitchen was full of people so it wasn't lack of help. Food and service was terrible. I won't go back...
Food was hot and delicious. Employees were very courteous and helpful. My only concern was upon arrival at home, I found they had forgotten to put my slaw in my order of a 20 piece family meal.
Food was made to order, so everything was hot, fresh, & very delicious. Manager & employees were awesome.
