The food was average, I tried the burger. Being a burger lover, when I heard Arby's had one I naturally had to try it. I was disappointed to say the least. The burger was not cooked all the way, as well as toppings and bun no where near on right. It was a disaster in a wrapper. The service was terrible. Had a family of 4, and after every meal the girl at the window would is that it in a hateful tone. Mine was the the last order and before I made my order she made an aduble sound like she was digusted with taking our order. So chances of us going back is very unlikely. The only thing that was enjoyable was the orange cream shake.
The only thing bad is the drive thru is problematic when leaving. This is a very good Arby's. Very clean and fast.

I came up to the counter and the cashier saw me and then turned her back to me. The manager told her she had a customer, she said she knew and wasn't stupid. Then I said with an attitude like that I'm going. She looked at me and shrugged her shoulders. I got in my car and went to the drive thru. I was not told the correct total, and when I said something, there was more attitude. I was in the store at the counter for about 1.5 to 2 minutes. Drive thru was about 5 to 6 minutes. Terrible service.
Came in Sunday January 30th around 3:45 pm. Greeted immediately by Spencer B. With an amazing positive attitude. The restaurant was also SPOTLESS on the inside. Here lately I cannot find a restaurant anymore where people actually care. Got it here today. Ol Spence recommended some limited time diablo sandwich. It was amazing! I've been in this restaurant business for 2 decades and for some reason I had the best dang experience ever at an Arby's lol. Keep it up y'all it's much appreciated.
The guy @ the window didn't even know we had drinks (with out combo meals) & proceeded to give us one drink after we told him, & then we had to ask for our second drink again. Then on the way home we noticed one drink was a mountain dew, they were both supposed to be lemonade.
Arby's is a really underrated restaurant. Perfect for car trips when you don't want a mess. More meat and better quality than a burger. Wish the fries were better but there's usually a McDonald's closeby enough. ?
Folks, as y'all know I do not rank fast food places often; however, I was pleasantly pleased with the service, politeness, and quality of the staff, food, and timing. The associats are well trained, happy to be there, and enjoy helping folks. Semper FI family...
Dine in is pleasant! the workers mostly seem like a team, the food could be warmer, kinda felt my sandwich was already made befor i ordered it it wasnt bad though
